Why did you make this Tumblr: I saw a bunch of ask blogs and fandom blogs on Tumblr and I thought “Hey! I should make a blog too!” Since my focus at the time was SEGA games, I decided to make a SEGA fandom blog by the name of SEGASpiritGirl. I changed the focus of the blog into more of a multifandom/personal blog later along the line.

Why did you pick your url: My current url is actually just the full version of my general online username. The “Mecchan” part is a portmanteau of my name and a minor character from the anime/manga series Rozen Maiden nicknamed Micchan. Now I tag: Do you want to do this? You’re tagged then!

This never failed to make me laugh, because that letter is not pronounced like B. It is a sharp S.

also when people use the Greek letter Σ as an “aesthetic” E. As someone who has just become re-obsessed with the Greek alphabet, I just see someone doing that and I’m like… “That’s the Greek equivalent of the letter S. Not E.” E would look the same in uppercase and like ε in lowercase.

Same with ω as an “aesthetic” w, when it’s actually pronounced like a long O.

And there’s plenty more where that came from.
