Sincerest Thank You to My Followers

Gaydelgard started out as a fun little series of bits I wanted to draw for fun, and I was happy to see so many people enjoyed my humor writing. Over time I saw not only people calling this one of their favorite 3H comics, but a few readers even expressed that they connected with some of them on a personal level.

That notion perplexed me cause this comic strip was honestly meant to just be a silly series, but I was touched that even in a silly comic like this could be important to someone's happiness.

What was supposed to be a short series, ended becoming a monthly series to stay. In a time where I was mostly doing fanwork when I really wanted to work on original stories, Gaydelgard was a fan comic that I never once felt bad or exhausted about working on.

Sadly I had to retire it at some point, and I'm glad I was at least able to give you guys one last wave of comics in the form of the Wedding Arc before giving a final send off. Gaydelgard was fun to make, and when I look back on this in the future I can gladly say I'll never regret working on it.

Thank you to so many of you who stuck around as readers. I hope these comics were able to make y'all happy in some way, big or small, throughout these past five years. Especially the LGBT+ folk out there, I know you all have it hard right now.

I'm truly aiming for 2026 to be a new chapter for me when I can finally tackle my own stories in full force. While it may not be Fire Emblem, my works will always be LGBT+ friendly, and I strongly encourage others with creative ideas to take that next step yourselves and pursue making them real so they can be out there!
