On July 17-18th, 2015 at the Georgia International Convention Center, Media Stage produced the TLC "Hotlanta" National Conference to a fiery response from over 2700 vocal attendees.
Media Stage produced multiple corporate branded backgrounds and lighting themes for all components and presentations of the event from testimonials, education and new product launches through to live entertainment and a 'white' party to close the conference...
Media Stage provided the appropriate visual enhancements via a stunning 7400 x 1200 pixel high definition projection across a monster 125' x 20' front projection screen. This event featured our brand new Barco HDX 20 projectors and Ascender 48 Switcher...
The event closed with a local hip hop dj and 2000 plus attendees celebrating the company's growth, dressed in their finest whites. Media Stage provided Eight (8) X 650 P Subs and a ballroom wide M2D Line Array System to shake the room, while the giant screen morphed with custom animated 3D graphics and hazers flooded the room that enhanced strobing intelligent lighting beams for a transformative night club feel.

Media Stage provided custom staging, multiple HD projection screens, audio, lighting systems & 3D mapping for the Inaugural Emerge Americas Miami Tech Week 2014.
The event featured several 'Summit Stages' and a six (6) sided video screen display that surrounded a custom scenic 'media cone' and center stage in the middle of the exhibition hall.
Media Stage provided screen blends & multiple image displays via Vista Spyder 344 and six (6) Barco HD W12 projectors, sound via 12 x Meyer M2D, a number of UPAs and 650p subs. The lighting for the "Hexagonal Media Cone" was created via series of Mac 700s and Mac 2k XB series moving fixtures.
The Summit discussions were sub divided into six categories, each with its own icon and color set inside a hexagon with curved corners.
Each stage also featured a dedicated, customized 10' Hexagonal Screen that was flown to give a 'floating effect' to the display of each sub category icons, customized to each session. Icons morphed from the Emerge icon to the next scheduled Summit Category/Icon via 3D video projection mapping effects.
Each Summit promised a very engaging, very contemporary attendee experience with Live Webstreaming, Airplay (Apple TV) demonstrations and live IMAG broadcasts to other Summit rooms in the venue...
The Conference attracted over 5000 attendees and closed with the Center Stage Media Hub transforming into a hi-tech materials fashion show.

MOTOROLA SELECTS MEDIA STAGE FOR MULTI VENUE BUSINESS CONFERENCE IN PORTUGAL
PORTUGAL, May 21, 2012. Media Stage, a leading worldwide provider of Audio Visual equipment and professional technicians, supervised the staging and staffing of four multi-event sites in the historic Portuguese cities of Sintra and Cascais.
Company President Wilson Alers and lead audio engineer Frankie Castro, working with show producer Swift Media Group, Chicago oversaw the staging of all meetings including the General Business sessions, four cocktail receptions, and four dinner galas featuring live performances by bands from across the European continent.
The venues ranged from a traditional resort hotel, to a seaside restaurant, a winery … and a monastery. The Media Stage team directed the installation and operation of large screen video projection and image magnification camera systems, full concert quality sound systems, theatrical lighting grids, and custom staging. Media Stage technicians also had primary responsibility for audio engineering, technical direction, and stage management.
