itch.io is offering a 743-game bundle including night in the woods, oxenfree, and overland, for as little as $5! just skimming the list, i also see tons of lgbt+ and poc-centric games available. 100% of contributions go to NAACP legal defense and educational fund and community bail fund. if there’s a game you were already thinking of buying, spend that money here instead and get an extra 742 as a gift!

I think my overall vibe right now is that I’m gonna get it because 1. I get every Sims pack but 2. I’ll like the CAS and build mode items, but I don’t really think I’ll play in the world or with the gameplay.

Also I'm not even jazzed about the candle making because like...I've done that before. I played that mod for my legacy challenge. I heard something about juice making which I'm kind of interested in but I already played the candle making mod so I kind of don't care.

Wow okay, uh. I don't think I've ever been this uninterested in an expansion pack before. It feels no different than the conservation stuff in Sulani (which I just did in a legacy challenge, LOL). Why another pack on basically the same thing? I don't wanna judge it too harshly until I see it further, but at first glance I am so not excited.

Though I’m a bit disappointed in the rug choice and the stuffed animals, I’m pretty happy overall with what got voted in. Here’s to hoping CC creators can make some of the stuff that wasn’t voted in, though!

Good lord, some people make me so embarrassed to be a part of the Sims community. I'm disappointed with some of the CAS picks too (that hat...ugh) but like, it isn't the end of the world?? The items aren't all ugly?? Some people are acting like this whole pack is gonna be a nightmare and it's like. Calm down. It's a community voted stuff pack...don't pretend nobody wants this or that everyone who voted for the stuff you don't like is stupid.

Does anyone know if roommates will do their own laundry? Everywhere I look it seems no one is sure. I don’t wanna go through the effort of building a laundry room in my dorm if my Sim will be forced to do 10 Sims’ worth of laundry.

Took me forever, but I finally settled on some Sims to use for Discover University!

Zoe Thompson (Bookworm, Self-Assured, Perfectionist - wants to be an Academic) is a Communications major at the University of Britechester. She’s dating Eli Hayes (Neat, Geek, Vegetarian - dreams of being a Computer Whiz), a Computer Science student at the UBrite’s rival school, Foxbury Institute. They often tease each other about their competing schools, and visit each others’ dorm rooms often. The two of them are (extremely!) hopeful that their relationship will survive the trials the university brings.

The PSD I’m using here is by @simkea, and the poses are by @simmerberlin! The Sims are also inspired by the University-themed renders @marsosims posted. Let me know if you guys want updates on these two cuties - I’d be happy to post more of them! ;D

Something I have discovered while working on my first latest piece of CC is that the texture of the old thing shows through on the texture of the new thing I’ve made…am I doing something wrong? I most likely am. I would be happy to walk through my steps.
