Our true self lies deep within.  So many of us put on a mask to hide who we really are - for so many reasons.  We should start looking in the mirror more often.  Not at our reflection, but at what is truly there.  See ourselves for who we really are - kind, caring, compassionate - the list goes on.  When you struggle to see what a strong person you are, look at what you have overcome to get to where you are today.  Look at all the obstacles you have had to climb over to reach your goals and dreams.  Look at your inner strengths and what you have had to deal with, on all levels, during your life so far.  We are all unique individuals and we can all help ourselves to become the person that are meant to be.  YOU ARE AWESOME!!

I believe that our intuition, or our gut instinct, is our own Spirit talking to us.  Letting us know whether we are making the right decision, if we are on the right pathway and helping to guide us every step of the way.  Listen to it - it’s talking to you for a reason.
