Attempting to console him post step 1 exam
Goljan is an official part of your relationship
and you’re a little ok with it
Having a romantic picnic. Jk quizzing him on step 1 cardio outside. I just learned that S3 sounds are normal in young children and pregnant women. #medschoolgfproblems #tothemax
USMLE. you are why I drink.
“lets do drugs tonight” now means such different things
in college: “lets get super high tonight!”
in med school: “lets study pharmacology flashcards on the couch tonight!”
any idea what a good pre-Step1 breakfast would be? I can't help too much with the studying, so I want to give him a good meal (and maybe snacks) for before the test. Any suggestions?
That's a thoughtful way to contribute! The other MSGFs and I came up with: cake pops, pop tarts, Xanax, a shot of tequila, and/or Adderall. However those are all FAKE SUGGESTIONS. Although funny ones. I would do something not too different than he normally eats so there's no risk of an upset stomach...that would suck. That's the advice they gave us before cross country races too. Maybe oatmeal or a bagel or eggs. Snacks should be nothing too sugary so he doesn't crash later. Nuts are my fave energy snack! PBJ. Banana. Cheese and crackers. It'd be fun to hear from people what they ate. Feel free to share.
I couldn't take the mess anymore. Glad my sorority crafting skills are coming to use in the post grad life.
dragging him out of the house on a study break
Hi! Your blog is funny! I was just curious what you're studying (if you're studying) at uni? 😃
Well thanks! And thanks for asking!
I am in a Master of Public Health program at the same school in which my boyfriend is a medical student.
So conversations with people usually go like this:
Them: Nice to meet you, are you in medical school too?Me: No, I’m actually getting my MPH.Them: Oh..Me: Yeah..
But you know what?
Quality time today was quizzing him on neuro drugs in bed #whatismylife
doing flashcards in public and one about gonorrhea comes up
