Before I get into suggestions, a correction—trans women is two words! Women who are trans, not a separate noun. Very clearly a mistake on your part and i think possibly a confusion from transfem (which is a concept describing a form of transition rather than an identity)—but "transwoman" is a terf dogwhistle so if you see that out in the wild then whoever is saying it almost certainly is transmisogynistic!
Anyway, I can see you enjoy mcyt and are familiar with Apokuna already, and you probably already know @musithical and Avid who are music partners, but there is a chance you don't know that Musi streams minecraft too—she and Piepie stream together on fridays! @loudn-mcyt is another name you might be familiar with if you've been around Marm and Avid's space long enough, she is also a streamer and aside from Minecraft is currently playing through sdv expanded and hades ii :]
Beyond streamed content, you might have heard people talking about Whitepine, this is a drama series on YouTube written by IvoryCello and produced in Minecraft. Really incredible work, I've only watched the first episode so far but it is for sure worth all the hype it gets n I personally can't wait to watch more!
I must confess though I am overall pretty new to the mcyt space so I am still gradually expanding out to new mc creators, transfeminine or otherwise—my followers might have more suggestions so keep an eye on the replies :]
Tangentially to Minecraft actually—Lena Raine is one of the composers for modern Minecraft, and she is herself trans and she has made a lot of things outside of that. Most famously she did the music for Celeste (developed by Maddy Thorson, another trans woman, who also made An Untitled Story which I loved as a kid as well as a great many other games), but she also made the text adventure ESC, and has composed several albums I listen to all the time—she's one of my all-time favourite composers! I was so excited when she came to Minecraft LOL She's also working on her own game called Anothereal, which she has been covering the development of on her blog!
And completely outside of Minecraft, I'm huge fan of @miapcain (gamedev and webcomic artist, love love love everything vesna related), @b0tster (gamedev and animator, absolutely gorgeous retrocore 3d modelling work), @rambrandt-the-painter (illustrator and vn author, big inspiration for me for nonhuman fantasy), @splendidland (gamedev and all around delightful artist) and @winonaparadise (webcomic artist, girls with horns is such a good comic!!) :]
