BUT. I have a real valid excuse reason this time:
So I’ve had the whole fic plotted out, but I didn’t like how it was turning out, and the way I wrote chapter one felt very rushed, and I need to make some changes to the backstory
so.. I lowk have started to redo the entire fic AND outline AND rewrite parts of chapter one and. well. that takes a LONG time.
I’m still knee deep in the trenches of Thinking and Plotting, so I wouldn’t expect a chap 2 suuuper soon, but. I would expect some WAYY longer chapters
Chap one will be rewritten and the original chapter will be replaced and the fic reposted!! I'm not yet sure if I want to take it off ao3 for the time being, but I will post about this when i've figured it out.
But you can expect some companion fics and ask games so you guys can get to know more about the lore and the characters and this world before this (basically new) fic comes out
I love this idea so much and I really want to do it justice so i’m not Rushing anything.
I will be posting some out-of-context bits from the outline (which is being handwritten and painstakingly copied into my google docs) and my work on chapter one so look out for those

for any new people: ‘all i know is we said hello’ is a modern AU fic, where joyce and hopper are getting married. The fic is set in the weeks leading up to the wedding, and the party is staying in the venue- which is essentially a very big estate that Hop was gifted by his (Very Very Rich) cousin. But something Big transpired between Mike and Will last summer, something they haven’t talked about. But not speaking about it doesn’t stop it from happening again (and again and again).
