What is your why?
The who, what, and where are pretty logistical, but why? Do you ever act a way you were not proud of? Why? It can be simple and it has the power to destroy. Mindfulness, from what I have noticed answers this question for some. If you are always aware of where and what you do, that is a good way to be checked out.
It is hard to think of "why" as an intention. This is the mindset that every move you make has an intention and plan that adds more responsibility on the decision maker. Don't avoid it because its hard. Your life is not a forever situation. Therefore we should all know or figure out the "why" of our existence. Regardless of the outcome, having an intention is brave and a way to live and experience life in the present. My "why" is to experience human connection and practice empathy and kindness to as many people as I can. What is your why?

GRIEF1 Yoga Sequence by Megan Perkins
Infinite motion.
This is my favorite heart chakra chant. It translates to "jewel of all wisdom lies in the heart." includes seed sound but acts more like a prayer. Not only to unblock your Anahata chakra but to cultivate more love and compassion. This prayer helps unblock this 4th chakra to open your upper 3 chakras.
“You will not be punished for your anger, you will be punished by your anger.”
— Buddha
From my perspective it seems as though the negative energy that one lets out into the universe only affects the one that had release that negative energy. I don't know just a thought cool post
