One of my favourite conversations I had recently was with my grand mother. We both love reading, and she’s particularly excited about words that aren’t used in the general conversations - and I find them absolutely fantastical when it comes to song writing, or just writing in general!

Quotidian, Quelling, Slum, Utopia, Coagulate, Discography, Semantic, Sonically, Admittedly, Soulstice, Ephemeral, Antipathy…. Oh the list goes on!!!
I want to start a blog… I’m working on it right now, but like very slowly…. As I’ve got other projects in motion which I’m really excited for too!!! But… I would like opinions on things you guys would think would be interesting to talk about. I’ve got some personal things I’m going to blog about, but I do want to do a lot of blogging about some more large, humanitarian topics, and link things like charities to them because I think the world needs to stop being so hateful and start being helpful xoxo

It is horrific how YouTube has turned from this platform for people to share their digital visual diaries/hobbies filled with so much personality to this monetising machine. I can’t watch a singular video now without being absolutely blasted with like 4-5 ads, no matter what.
I feel like we’ve lost the true intentions of the internet sometimes, seeing people being so superficial, or money minded, or genuinely just doing something for a cash grab.
It’s frustrating when I want to just watch a 20 minute video of my comfort YouTuber without being completely ignored and just given an ad that I’ll actually REFUSE to buy from because of it. And even worse… instead of a 5 second skip, we’ve now got 30 second skips… or NO SKIPS AT ALL!! I mean come on… I’m not going to buy a YouTube subscription because even then, I can’t even OWN any of the media I’m watching, that’s all subscriptions are. Where did the art of physical media and actually owning your entertainment go… it’s lost !

I really want to make an indie website inspired from the 2000’s to just talk about stuff I like or want to discuss! But HTML is so daunting!! I feel like I’m trying to delve back into my IGCSE computer science knowledge which is minimal to none! Any advice…. I want it to be so cute and funky!!
