Hello everybody i have finished my short story and i hope everybody enjoys it.
I am the owner of Nia i do not own ROTTMNT They belong to Viacom (now Paramount Global) owns the "Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" I also do not own the art of the forest i just found it on google and couldn't find the owner so credit to whoever made and it is also Donnie x OC as well so therefore enjoy the short story
Donnie was walking back to his room and he heard Nia crying. He went to her door knocked and waited for a moment until he heard fingers snapping meaning he was allowed to come in. He went inside and seen Nia sitting in a corner of her room all curled up into a ball crying and holding the little charm that he made for her. "What's the matter? Why are you crying? are your injuries causing you pain, I could go get you some more medicine if you need me to? "he said
Nia shook her head no and wiped her tears and looked at Donnie and started signing in sign language. "I'm just so very very tired. I try so hard to go to sleep but every time I close my eyes I see the faces of the competitors that I was forced to kill in the battle Nexus. I tried my hardest not to kill anyone, But i had to take them down quickly before they could take me out. Big mama would leave me locked in the holding chambers for a week without food and water if I lost so it was me or them and I chose me." Donnie stood there for a little while and thought to himself How can he help her feel better and be able to sleep. He then got an idea he extended his hand out to her.
Nia looked at Donnie as tears trickled down her face. She took his hand and Donnie pulled her up off the floor and sat her on the end of her bed. Donnie ran to his room to grab his weighted blanket from his room and came back to Nia's room. He put the blanket around her shoulders and sat on the bed next to her. He couldn't help but notice how wonderful nia smelled sweet and floral . He started rubbing her back in soothing circular motions then asked her if she was comfortable and she shook her head yes. Donnie then said "how about I play some relaxing peaceful music for you on my phone."
He played the music on his phone and set it down. He continued to rub her back, Nia was starting to feel sleepy. she then looked at donnie and signed "would it be ok if we cuddled?" Donnie blushed and shook his head yes and then said "Just please don't tell my brothers they'll never let me hear the end of it." Donnie got comfortable and Nia laid down on him and Donnie went back to rubbing her back. Nia then closed her eyes this time she didn't see the faces of the people that she had killed. Instead she saw a beautiful forest that has flowers and it was peaceful.
Donnie didn't stop rubbing her back until he was 100% sure she was fast asleep. Once she was deep asleep he carefully moved her off of him. He laid her down in her bed and straightened his blanket around her . He placed his phone on her nightstand and left it so she can still listen to the music. He brushed her hair out of her face and whispered. "Good night Nia I hope you sleep well and feel better tomorrow."
Donnie then left her room and started walking back to his, He was almost to his room when he seen his brothers coming down the hall. "heeeey DEEE what's up? wanna get some pizza" Mikey said. Leo starts making sniffing sounds then says "Dee why do you smell so floral?" Raph looks at Donatello and winks.
