This meme references a video clip from a 1939 animated cartoon called The Three Bears where Papa Bear yells “Somebody touched my Spaghetti!” after Goldilocks ate it
Due to his Italian accent, it sounds more like “Somebody toucha my spaghet!”
According to Know Your Meme, it originated from Twitter late December 2017, then Spread to Youtube and is now trickling into Tumblr early January 2018
