Resposta a Adon Saleeby
A nossa Astrologia quer, no fundo, manter a autoridade e narrativa do mundo cientĂfico deitando abaixo as caracterĂsticas saturninas que o caracterizam.
Is Ash going to win against Sawyer?
The Kalos league has started in the Pokemon anime and itâs time to start making predictions. The Pokemon anime has been going on for almost 20 years and in all this time Ash has never won a Pokemon League and some times he didnât even managed to go to the quarter-finals . During these 20 years Ashâs character development has been kind of poor and many people, like myself, have given up on the anime all together because thereâs a feeling that he never evolves, learns or achieves the things he wants. Nevertheless, the XY and XYZ seasons have changed this. Ash actually seems to be getting pretty strong, he is cleverer and he has an interesting winning rate. He has very strong Pokemon like Goodra and Greninja. He has even been able to unlock a kind of evolution no one has seen for thousands of years and his Ash-Greninja might be his strongest Pokemon ever. Because all of this there are some people thinking that this might be it, that this time Ash will finally win the Pokemon league.
Now, we know that Ash is going to the semi-finals because of the titles of the future episodes, and we know that he is going  to be fighting Sawyer and his Mega Sceptile. Sawyer is one of Ashâs main rivals in this season and he is a kid who became a Pokemon Trainer because he was inspired by Ashâs power and his relationship to his Pokemon.
So, the question I asked was pretty straightforward: Is Ash going to win against Sawyer?
I set the chart for the 2nd of July 2016 for 12:09 Odivelas, Portugal.
The first challenge in this chart is to decide which planet signifies Ash and which planet signifies Sawyer. Generally, in collective sportsâ questions weâll give the team we like the first house, but Frawley warns us this might not be so in individual sports. In this case I decided to give Ash the 7th house like I do in every other question, which means that Sawyer is the first house. Ash is Jupiter and Sawyer is Mercury.
Both planets are in relatively good positions. They are in mutual reception which means that the trainers like each other a lot, fact that we know to be true. Jupiter is very close to the Ascendant and although it has already entered the 12th house it still counts as Angular. It has power over the first house, its enemy and itâs conjunct the North Node, a sign of victory. Besides this, Jupiter is Ascending (look, I made a reference!) which is an extremely important astrological factor. Jupiter is literally rising. All things considered we can say that Ash is in an extremely good position to win.
But Sawyer is pretty good too. Mercury is in the 10th house, which means that it is extremely high in the sky. When a Planet is so high itâs generally a very good sign and the 10th house is no doubt a powerful position. But Mercury is applying combustion which is a very bad debility and weakens Sawyer a lot.
Another minor testimony we can take into account is that the next Moon aspect is to the Greater Benefic which suggests that the result will be the one the querent wants.
I would  say that Ashâs victory is pretty clear, he is going to the finals and he will probably have an epic battle against Alan. We will see. But despite all this, we can be sure that this will be one of the best Pokemon leagues in the 20 years of this animeâs history.
Is Captain America a Hydra Agent?
The Marvel Universe is on fire and itâs a great time to be alive. Captain America has revealed himself as a possible life-long  Hydra double agent, Civil War II has began and Iâm going crazy with predictions I want to post.
I had originally planned to do a prediction concerning the possible death of She-Hulk, one about Capâs evil secret and one about how the war is going to go in general. Nevertheless I didnât have time to write anything about She-Hulk before the second issue hit the shelves.
I am now working on the previsions for the war in general, but I actually decided to make those previsions based on a 13th century treatise about war and Astology. Itâs a titanic effort that I will be presenting as a final work in my Astrology course. If I have time I will translate it into English and put it here before the war is over.
So, the only chart Iâll  be analyzing today is Capâs chart. I admit Iâm nervous about this chart because I have interpreted two charts about characters turning evil before ( Luke and Enid from TWD) and I failed both of them. In both these analyses I was too careless, but itâs hard to astrologically tell if someone is evil or has turned evil.
I set the chart for Lisbon for the 26th of May (yes, it took me a month to write this) at 6:29 using the astrowin software. The question was âIs captain America really a spy for Hydra?âThe first interesting thing about this chart is the fact that the Moon is conjunct Altair, the most important star of the Aquilla constellation. Eagles have been used as a symbol by three very well known countries: Ancient Rome, the Nazi Germany and the United States. This conjunction sets the tone of the question. Is this great symbol an American or a Nazi?
Captain America is Venus because Libra opens the 7th house. Venus is a good planet to represent Captain America because Steve Rogerâs ascendant is probably Libra. There is no official time of birth for Steve Rogers but I have thoroughly analyzed his chart (although I havenât posted the analysis here yet) and my proposal of rectified time has Libra rising.
Venus is combust which means Cap has something to hide, but this was obvious before I asked the question. He is in the 7th house (but very close to the cusp of the 8th). The 8th house represents Capâs resources and weapons and this position seems to indicate he has power over them. It doesnât seem plausible that he is acting against his will.
Venus has no dignity which traditionally would be associated with someone of dubious moral and some inclination for evil doing. But weâre not talking about Cap being morally dubious, weâre talking about him being a Nazi Spy for more than half a century. Could such a weak position justify this? I doubt it.
If we look at Venus, it has just now left Taurus and entered Gemini. Venus left its own sign. A planet in its own sign is generally considered a good planet, so Cap was good until very recently because the sign change is also recent.
But this is not enough evidence. We need to go deeper. I was thinking of a way of interpreting this chart and I had the following idea: if the 10th house describes the government, and Captain America is a nationalistic superhero by his very nature, if I look at his 10th house (not the radical 10th because Iâm not American. If I was, I would look at the radical, in this case it will be the radical 4th) Â I can see if thereâs some kind of reception. The question is basically: Does Cap love his government. The government of the United States is represented by Saturn which makes sense because the American president always takes his place in office while the Sun is in Capricorn.
Venus is in Saturnâs Triplicity, which means that Captain America likes his government. Although itâs not a very strong reception, you have seen Captain America go against the government several times before, namely during  the first Civil War. Nevertheless itâs worth it to check his receptions with Hydra. Hydra is a terrorist organization that is literally the enemy of the United States, so it will be represented by the house opposed to the government, the radical 10th. The Sun is Hydra. Now, things are getting interesting. Despite not being in any of Hydraâs dignities, which means that Cap *is not* really on the side of Hydra, Venus is in an applicative conjunction with the Sun. What does this mean? Most probably it means that Cap is trying to infiltrate Hydra. But they will certainly know that Captain has not been on their side the whole time. Nevertheless Captain America and the Hydra seem to show interest in the same thing, Mercury, whatever that may beâŠ
The whole situation is really weird but I am now convinced that this was definitely a gimmick or a way to get more attention. Captain America is not really Hydra.
Itâs funny that the issue in which Captain Americaâs âtrue colorsâ were revealed got out in a very weird year astrologically speaking.. Almost every planet was retrograde, and this mirrors the feeling of complete otherness that the words âHail Hydraâ coming out of Steve Rogerâs mouth caused us all.

Batman vs Superman, An Astrological Perspective
When the Batman v Superman movie was announced, many people unfamiliar with the DC Universe were surprised that they were going to fight.
Fights between Batman and Superman are nothing new. Sometimes superhero agendas clash, and we even have Injustice, a complete ongoing series dedicated to a Batman vs. Superman conflict.
Batman is extremely suspicious and he has always had a plan to kill each of the JLA members if things ever went south. But why is the idea of having Batman and Superman fighting so appealing?
Astrologically this friendship/rivalry is extremely interesting. Batman and Superman are clearly opposites in many things. Batman fights because he has suffered while Superman fights because he has hope. Batman is dark and deals with relatively realistically villains with a dark mind, while Superman deals with superpower opponents or evil businessmen (like Lex Luthor).
The differences between these two characters can be translated in Astrological terms. Batman is a Saturnine archetype and Superman is a Solar archetype.Â
Logically, Superman doesnât really have a sign in astrological terms because he wasnât born on Earth, but he has many solar traits. He fights for hope, truth, justice, and he even takes his energy from the Sun. He is practically a God among humans. Even in the series Injustice, when he turns bad, he becomes a dictator, and dictators/kings are deeply associated with the Sun.
Batman has had different birthdays in the DC universe, but the most recent I could find was February 19. He probably is an Aquarius (depending on the year he might have been a Pisces), a sign ruled by Saturn. The powers Batman have stem from the dark feelings he has towards his parents death. He has learned to turn the dark places of his mind into a great power. This is Saturn almost by definition.Â
Superman lives in Metropolis, arguably the fictional solar side of NYC, while Batman lives in Gotham, the fictional dark side of NYC. Despite being friends, Clark has a hard time understanding how suspicious of his friends Bruce is. Bruce treats Clark in an almost condescending way. He, like the readers, knows that Clark can only afford being so naive because he has such a great power.
Batman is much more difficult to corrupt than Superman. Batman is the hero he is because he has learned to deal with pain and the darkest sides of his mind. Thatâs how he manages not going mad despite all his experiences with the Joker. Superman is a hero because he has been extremely privileged, he has not felt the kind of pain Batman has and has not dealt with it. The danger of corruption of his Solar ideals is much greater because of this. Thatâs why a bad day with Joker is enough to make him create a world dictatorship.
Assuming that Superman doesnât have a sign but has a lot of Solar (and therefore Leo energy) we can understand why he and Batman have the potential to either be great friends or great enemies. Leo and Aquarius are opposite signs, so Batman and Superman complete each other. Superman brings hope to our world, but Batman reminds us that more often than not our world is full of shit. At their worst, Superman is a dictator and Batman is a psychopath.Â
But sometimes they will fight and they will fight because they will never completely understand each other. Sun and Saturn will have completely different approaches to the same problem. This might be good in some situations, but it can create a great incompatibility in other moments.
The battle between Batman and Superman is, archetypically, one of the oldest battles ever. The battle between day and night, hope and reality, and ultimately corruption by power and faithfulness to oneâs ideals.
Mikasa Ackermanâs Birth Chart
The idea for this post came from a work Iâm developing for a contest for national students of Astrology in my country. In this work I try to show that Astrology is somewhat sensible to unreal things that have acquired a widespread symbolic meaning. If this were to be true, we would expect to find information about fake characters in real celestial events, using a symbolic  birth date.
Today I am going to analyze Mikasa Ackermanâs birth chart. Itâs true that we donât know the real time and place of the show Attack on Titan, but we do know that they have a specific counting of time and calendar, and that Mikasa was born at the 10th of March, 835 according to their calendar. I used the astro.com free software to create the chart.
The day and month are available at Shingeki no Kyojin wiki and we can infer the year by subtracting her current age to their current year. Unfortunately, we do not have a birth time, but we can still interpret a lot of interesting stuff from her chart.
First thing that we know by this chart is that Mikasa has her Sun in Pisces. This is not surprising, because she is highly sentimental in her connection to Eren that stems from the life debt she owes him. She also has an intense way of seeing beauty in a very cruel world and she even thinks about this during extremely dangerous situations and battles.
Her Mercury is also in Pisces and retrograde which explains her hard time talking to people and expressing herself. A Mercury in Pisces is, by default, in a very poor condition, especially if retrograde. Normally people who have their Mercury in a water sign are not very talkative, although this can change due to some specific aspects (for example a square Jupiter). Nevertheless, this is not the case.
Her Venus is in Aries, which would be expectable for several reasons. First of all, although we canât say Mikasa doesnât fit feminine beauty ideals, she also has traits that are usually associated with masculine ideals. Her muscles and her extreme strength (even when compared with her male counterparts) are a great example of this, especially in a society that much like our own seems to be patriarchal. The other thing that might be common with a Venus in Aries is a very intense way of living physicality and sex in relationships, but also some difficulty when dealing with love. As Mikasa has a lot of Pisces energy, it seems improbable that  sex would be the driving force behind her relationships and we can assume this correlates with the fact that love life seems to occupy a very awkward place in her life.
Her Jupiter is in Aquarius and has a relatively loose sextile with her Venus. This probably means that she has felt out of place most of her life, and that these feelings of inadequacy are one of the things that feed her awkwardness towards Eren (her probable love interest).
This Jupiter is also very important because Aquarius is the sign that best describes humanity as whole, and the union of mankind against the titans is one of the most important points in the plot of a series and probably one of the things that fuels Mikasaâs arian traits the most.
But now we are getting to the interesting stuff. Her Saturn is in a relatively good position for her although itâs retrograde, because itâs in its exaltation. This is not unexpected because she is someone with certain gloomy traits that are within the archetype of Saturn. She is also someone who has shown skill to survive under the direst circumstances, and Saturn is a very resilient planet.
The fact that it is in Libra brings up a lot of questions. First of all, this shows that she might be very blocked when establishing relationships of any kind with others. On the other hand, Libra has a more dark side most people donât think about because it marks the beginning of Autumn and the descent into Winter. This is a very abstract but powerful symbol for Mikasa, because she has felt first-hand the slowly extinction of humanity. This might seem like a stretch, but if you contextualize it within the chart itâs not. Saturn is in opposition to the Moon, which is in Aries.  This Moon shows her deep feelings of courage, rage and impulsiveness, which are so important in defining her as a warrior. The opposition to Saturn retrograde shows that the trauma she has with death (death is a theme ruled by Saturn) is the fuel to her interior anger and some of her fighting skills.
But I have left the most important for last. If Mikasa is one of the most exceptional warriors mankind has, we would expect her Mars to be in an interesting position. He Mars is in Sagittarius, which shows that she fights because she has hope and faith in a better world. But thatâs not the most interesting thing about this Mars. As you might have noticed, I donât give much importance to transpersonal planets (and no importance to asteroids, to be honest). I do think transpersonal planets can be very important, but not in every chart. In this case, we have a very important one. Neptune is in a very close conjunction with Mars. The most specific characteristic Mikasa has is the fact that she fights in a kind of trance, she goes into an altered state of consciousness and kills titans by entering in a killing spree. As you might know, Neptune is usually connected to meditation, drugs and altered states of consciousness, and the fact thatâs so close to Mars is very defining in the way Mikasa fights.
This interpretation is a little superficial because itâs hard to go into deeper themes with no birth time. The most amazing thing about Astrology, and I hope to have showed that with this post, is that although Mikasa was a character created in 2009, the correlation between her symbolic date of birth and a real event in the sky more than a thousand years ago is absolutely explicit.
I will develop on these themes on future posts, but the basic idea is that thereâs much more to the world than meets the eye and Astrology reflects it all. The real and the unreal, as long as its symbolically relevant.
So, as an anon has correctly pointed out I missed Mikasaâs birthday by one month. this obviously changes her birth chart, but no that much.
The planets that remain more or less in the same places are the Moon, Mercury, Mars, Jupiter and Saturn, yet Mars is no longer in conjunction to Neptune.
The fact that Mikasaâs Sun is in Aquarius is very interesting. Her personality is relatively aloof and she has always felt extremely out of place. She is the last one of her race, and Aquarius has been associated with minorities. Being the last one of an ethnic group is definitely something that could show up in a chart as a Aquarius Sun.Â
Aquarius is also the sign that represents mankind and Mikasa fights for mankind. At the same she is a loner, but this is a very Aquarian dynamic, worrying about mankind and at the same time feeling excluded from mankind.
The reason why it was no obvious that I got the chart wrong is that Mikasa has a lot of Pisces energy, with her Mercury and Venus there. Venus in Pisces makes some sense because she has a kind of unconditional love for her world and Eren in particular. Eren is one of the reasons why she fights for mankind as a whole. She also has a strange aesthetical appreciation of the world she lives in, despite and because its cruelty. The only thing weird about this position is the fact that Venus is very dignified, but this might be something that will be revealed in her personality later.
Itâs a pity that Mars is no longer conjunct Neptune since this aspect would account for her trance while fighting, nevertheless this probably proves my point abou the uselessness of transpersonal planets. Her trance is justified by the amount of planets in Jupiter signs (Pisces and Sagittarius).
The reason why it was almost impossible to realize the last chart was wrong is the fact that most her planets are in Saturnine or Jupiterian signs in both charts, the only difference is the ways this energies are divided in each particular chart.
Thanks for the feedback, anon! Â
Jurassic Park seriously needs to hire an astrologer to help them decide the best moment to open!
can one of u astrology hoes pls explain what âmercury retrogradeâ means?
Every once in a while the planets will *apparently* move backwards in the sky. This is called going retrograde. During the retrograde period planetary energies tend to be "inverted" or "blocked". Since Mercury rules daily trips, the daily life and technology, it is said that during Mercury retrograde all the small things that can go wrong will. Mercury turns retrograde 2 to 3 times a year and it's happening now :)

mikasa was born february 10th, making her an aquarius which does seem to fit her better considering that emotion wise she is quite aloof.
You're right, for some reason I had taken her birth date as March. I do think she has a lot of Piscean traits but I will have to look at the chart as a whole again. The most importante traits of the chart (Mars conjunct Neptune and Saturn in Libra will not have changed from Feb 10 to March 10). I'm actually curious about her Mercury, because she definitely has some Pisces in her. Aquarius makes sense because she has always felt extremely out of place. I will re-do the analysis! Thank you so much for the feedback
Severus Snapeâs Natal Chart
Today Iâm going to analyze the birth chart of the character Severus Snape, a lot like what I did with Mikasaâs birth chart. According to J. K. Rowling, Snape was born on the 9th January 1960. Once again we donât have a birth time, so weâll have to be happy with a more superficial analysis.
Snape has his Sun in Capricorn, in case you had any doubt. He displays a lot of capricornian features. He is stiff, demanding, pragmatic and he doesnât seem to connect with people very easily and heâs in general a buzzkill. Having your Sun in Capricorn is not enough for you to be all this, but Snape actually has three planets in Capricorn: his Sun, his Mercury and his Saturn.
Mercury in Capricorn shows that the general traits he got from his Sun will be very present in his communication. Capricorn is an Earth sign and Snapeâs voice (especially after he was played by Alan Rickman) is very emblematic by being paused and slow, typical Earth traits. Mercury is under the Sunâs beams, which means it is getting very close to the Sun and losing power. This is another testimony to the fact that Snape doesnât like to talk that much.
The character actually has most of his relevant planets in two clusters in only two signs: Capricorn and Sagittarius (as I said before I donât usually give Uranus, Neptune and Pluto a lot of importance). This pattern is very interesting because Sagittarius is a sign associated with great hope, faith and playfulness, and Capricorn is associated with depression, pessimism or, at best, a great dose of realism Sagittarius lacks.
Sagittarius is also a sign ruled by Jupiter, called the great benefic, and Capricorn is ruled by Saturn, called the great malefic. This discrepancy between the two signs perfectly mirrors the feelings Snape caused all of us while reading the series: Until the end we were never sure if he was a great villain or a great hero.
Saturn is in Capricorn which gives it unbelievable strength. This planet alone probably reflects the self control Snape has over his own feelings and mind (he is, after all, a master of occlumency), and how he could be a double agent for so long keeping a cold posture We could argue that the fact that Saturn is combust (too close to the Sun) weakens it, but if we read this in context the meaning becomes clearer. Combustion has been highly associated with secret or hidden things, and Snapeâs Sun is actually under the power of Saturn because itâs in Saturnâs sign. This means that this combustion is actually very useful because Snape is a spy. He is able to keep his true strengths and motives hidden. Even from us, the readers.
The other sign with many planets, as I said, is Sagittarius. Sagittarius is usually associated with faith, hope and high ideals. Snape is, in the end, a dreamer and a freedom fighter so itâs not weird that this sign is so strong. Mars and Jupiter are in a relatively loose conjunction which shows that he has ideals and fights for them. He is probably also prone to some dramatic exaggeration, but generally we could expect Snape to be a person with unyielding ideals.
This, of course, raises some problems since Snape has been a death eater and a spy for Voldemort during the first wizarding war. His chart has a lot of dignified planets (Saturn in Sign, Jupiter in Sign, Moon in exaltation) which usually means that the person either has a very easy life, which we know is not the case, or is morally irreproachable. How do we account in astrological terms for the suffering and moral fluctuations that were always present in Snapeâs life?
First of all, we see that Snape has lack of two of the four elements. These are Air and Water. This means that he is not very given to mental abstractions and intellectual thinking (even in his school book he usually wrote notes on how to do things more easily and pragmatically than the book described). He is not someone who reflects enough about his ideology, but he is someone who might be very passionate about it because of his Jupiter-Mars conjunction is Sagittarius. On the other hand, water prevents him to emotionally connect to people. Even with the love of his life, Lily, we find him being extremely awkward. By not connecting easily to people and by not thinking his ideas through, Snape ends up being faithful to vague ideals that can, of course, change.
Snape also has lack of the fixed mode (weâll go back to his fixed Moon later) and a lot of mutable energy. Mutable signs are known to be unreliable and change their opinions easily. The lack of fixed energy will make him someone who can change his mind about importante matters, especially because all of his fixed energy is invested somewhere else.
Another reason for Snape to have such moral fluctuations is the fact that most of his planets do not make any aspects to other planets. If we only take into account the traditional astrological planets (Moon, Mercury, Venus, Sun, Mars, Jupiter and Saturn) none of them is in any aspect other than a conjunction. This means that his resources, the many voices within his mind, and the various sides of his personality feel very disconnected from one another. This is also symbolic of him feeling alone, disconnected and generally bullied.
The last argument explaining the changes in his moral stances is the fact that he has two strong clusters connected to the great benefic and the great malefic. He is either a great hero or a great villain.
Now, we all know that one of the most defining aspects of Snapeâs character is his love for Lily Evans. If this chart is at all accurate it should depict both the importance of this love in his behaviors and the tragic outcome of it.
Since we donât have a birth time itâs hard to look for the 7th house and its ruler. We need to look to his Venus at first. Snapeâs Venus is in Sagittarius, as we might have expected. Lily is one of the driving forces behind his moral choices. We can arguably say that his trauma of being bullied by James Potter and seeing him marry Lily is one of the reasons his mind went to a dark place. His suffering in general might have made him choose the great malefic part of his chart at first. It was also Lilyâs death that brought him back to the resistance against Voldemort. Venus is conjunct a very nasty fixed star. I know most modern astrologers donât use fixed stars anymore, but they are crucial in certain charts. Here Venus is conjunct Antares, the heart of Scorpio. This star is essentially the distilled essence of Scorpio, so it talks about deep feelings, tragedy and death. When conjunct Venus it represents tragedy caused by love. Some old authors  even connect this conjunction to myths where a character destroys their life because of incest, like Oedipus. We can also say that the square between Venus and Pluto adds to this theme of tragedy, but it doesnât really bring any new information.
So we now see that the tragedy of Lilyâs death is present in Snapeâs chart. Nevertheless, Venus is in a mutable sign, which is weird because his love is extremely fixed and does not change at all. This point is very important when discussing Snapeâs Moon. Since we donât have his birth time, we are not sure if the Moon is in Taurus or Gemini, because it changed signs that day. Nevertheless, since the Moon spent most of the day in Taurus and it would be the only planet in a fixed sign, Iâm almost sure it was in Taurus.
This represents Snapeâs feelings for Lily that were so strong that never changed during a life time. All his fixed energy is invested in this. The Moon is in its exaltation which also shows the strength of his love, how he has literally exalted Lily all of his life.
This is also useful because it means Snape was born before 2:30 pm, reducing his possible ascendants. We know now that he wasnât a Cancer, Leo or Virgo rising. Nevertheless, we still have 9 signs to choose from which makes it very hard to infer the time of birth.
Despite having no time of birth, the chart for the symbolic birth date of Severus Snape seems to contain the most important features of this character, showing both his skill as a spy, his moral fluctuation and his love for Lily Evans.
Luke Skywalker and the Dark Side? Mercury Ramblings Strikes Back
HEAVY SPOILERS FOR STAR WARS THE FORCE AWAKENS AHEAD. IF YOU HAVENâT WATCHED THE MOVIE DONâT READ THIS TEXT.
In this text I will discuss the chart I previously presented about Luke Skywalker turning to the dark side. Since the movie didnât confirm my prediction I decided to discuss the chart with my astrology teacher. This text relies heavily in the discussion we had and many of the ideas Iâll present here are not exclusively mine.
The chart is the same I analysed in my previous post. It was set for the 13th of December 2015 at 1:54 pm in Lisbon.
One of the hardest things I had to do when I set the chart was deciding which signifier I should use. On the one hand, Luke is a character like any other Iâve analyzed so I thought the 7th house would be a good option, on the other hand he is a religious figure so the 9th house could also apply. Nevertheless, both signifiers were exiled (or in deteriment) so it seemed quite clear to me that Luke had indeed turned to the dark side.
When I watched the movie it became obvious that Luke had not turned to the dark side but that he was literally exiled, just like the planet that represented him. This created a lot of problems for the interpretation: If exile doesnât necessarily mean he turned to the dark side, what does?
Although I had already watched the movie I wanted to understand the dynamics of the question so I could learn from it and give better judgement to questions related to Star Wars in the future.
My first hypothesis was that in these kinds of situation we could look for a planet in its fall. Because fall has a religious connotation to it, it seemed possible to me that a fallen jedi would be represented by this astrological debility. To confirm this I looked for the signifier of Kylo Ren . At this point I decided to consider Luke the 9th house, meaning that Luke would be Jupiter, so I looked for Lukeâs nephew (his sister son, the 5th house (children) from the 11th which is the 3rd (siblings) from the 9th).
According to this view Kylo Ren would be Mercury in Capricorn. He is not in his fall, although he clearly hates Luke (Capricorn is Jupiterâs fall). Still this wasnât enough yet.
My teacher suggested that the best analysis could be a bit different. We could consider Saturn to be the dark side of the force and the Sun to be the light side of the force and Jupiter to represent the force in general and its teachers. This idea makes even more sense because Saturn is conjunct the fixed star Antares, the heart of the Scorpio, which has a dark connotation to it and both Saturn and Sun are at the service of Jupiter. The light side and the dark side are only two side of the general force.Â
Using this analysis we would expect to see people who turn to the dark side in contact with Saturn or dominated by it. Mercury would still be a nice significator for Kylo Ren (he hates Luke and is under the power of the dark side â Capricorn is a Saturn sign). Yet, I could not find any meaningful event of the movies represented in the chart in this way.
Another possible way to look at the chart would be if Luke was represented by Venus, the 7th house ruler. This makes a lot of sense because Venus is exiled in Scorpio which is a water and silent sign. Â Luke is both exiled in a very watery place and doesnât say a single word during the movie.Â
If this is the case, Kylo Ren would no longer be Mercury but he would be Mars, because his house would be the ascendant using the turned chart technique like before. This still makes sense because Mars is in the exaltation of Saturn and in the domicile of Venus, because he is looking for Luke desperately. Luke is in Kylo Renâs sign because Kylo Ren is the reason of his exile. Besides, itâs the house that represents Lukeâs greatest enemy because itâs in opposition to his own. The fact that Mars is separating from a sextile with the Sun further confirms this: he has left the light side.
Another way to confirm this is to look for Kylo Renâs father (the 4th house from his 1st house, which is the radical 4th). According to this line of thought Han Solo would be the moon which is also in exile (he leaves his wife and goes to exile) and in Marsâ exaltation (he loves his son and trusts him to the point of walking into his own death). The Moon is applying tightly to Mars (that represents both Kylo Ren and death since itâs the ruler of radical 8th) representing Han Soloâs death in a near future (remember that the question was asked before the movie came out).
Thereâs another possibility to find Han Solo. We could look at Leia and determine her love interest. In that case, Han Solo would be Mercury, not in exile but peregrine and still exalting his son. The reasons I reject this approach are many. To begin with, itâs hard to say Han Solo is Leiaâs partner in this movie. I almost didnât think about their romantic involvement the whole time. Their relationship is technically over and his role as Kylo Renâs father is much more important than his role as Leiaâs ex-husband. Secondly, Mercury only recently entered Mars exaltation, what would mean that he only recently started exalting his son, which makes no sense. Lastly, although Mercury will still eventually aspect Mars and represent Soloâs death, the aspect from the moon is much more clear and tight than the aspect from Mercury. For these reason Iâll stick with the moon as Han Solo.
We now understand the chart much better, so letâs just recap the meaning of each planet so far:
Moon: Han Solo (and possibly the people of the galaxy because the Moon is the natural ruler of the people).
Venus: Luke Skywalker
Sun: The light side
Mars: Kylo Ren and death
Jupiter: The force in general, Leia (the ruler 3rd house from the 7th) and possibly old jedi masters and the religious order
Saturn: The dark side of the force
But we can still explore this chart further. If we look for Anakin Skywalker (the 4th house from Lukeâs house) we will see that the planet that represents Anakin is Saturn. This is both expectable and very obvious. Mars exalts Saturn, Kylo Ren exalts his grandfather. Nevertheless Saturn is in a mutable sign because Anakinâs relation to the force was very changeable. He is also in Jupiterâs sign meaning that he has experienced both sides of the force, but he is separating from the Sun, representing that his last contact in life was with the light side. The last aspect between Venus and Saturn occurred approximately 30Âș ago, if we convert each degree to a year, this is the same time that passed between the battle of Endor (the last time Luke saw his father) and the events in The Force Awakens.
One thing I couldnât completely understand yet is the mutual reception between Luke and Kylo Ren. During the post I have attributed it to the fact that Kylo is looking for Luke and that Luke thinks about him and wants him to come back to the light. Nevertheless, this seems a little suspicious to me and hints that there might be a lot more plot between these two characters than we imagine right now.
The main lesson to take from this is that although the map contained all necessary information for me to analyze, my lack of experience and extensive knowledge plus the fact I didnât have enough context about the movie were enough for me to give a wrong judgement. I hope this post was able to show you how amazing Horary Astrology is and the subtleties it uses to employ meaning. Itâs absolutely amazing to see that it is possible to find many of the main plots of the franchise represented in the stars in the exact moment I asked a question about Luke, and that we can do this by using a very specific set of rules defined by ancient astrologers.

Has Luke turned to the Dark Side of the Force?
This post contains astrological predictions for Star Wars: The Force Awakens. I donât know if it qualifies as spoilers, proceed at your own risk.
Film Theory posted a very interesting video about the possibility that Luke has turned to the Dark Side of the Force in the most recent movie of the franchise that will hit the theaters next week. This idea has never occurred to me but he gives a lot of compelling arguments that you can check in the following link:Â https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iMHrOivM5bI&list=PLHLoLiL1nL8G7_JGVKGefUxllIZnP39vU&feature=iv&src_vid=rw7FQ4uU-qo&annotation_id=annotation_1061201617
After watching the video I had to ask the question to the stars, and so I did.
I set the chart for the 13th December 2015 at 1:54 pm in Lisbon.
The interpretation of a chart like this is very simple. First we look for the relevant significator. Luke is a character I donât particularly identify with so we take the ruler of the 7th house: Venus.
Venus is in Scorpio, its detriment sign. Since we are not looking for an event but a state of mind we donât need an aspect to have our answers. A planet in its detriment is in the worst kind of affliction a planet can have and it shows a morally degenerated person. Venus is at 9Âș degrees Scorpio, so itâs not very deep into the sign. Before entering Scorpio it was in Libra, its own sign. These were probably the times when Luke was considered the chosen one.
If we want a little more information about the planet that interests us we can look at its dispositor. Venus is evil and its dispositor, Mars, is in its own detriment. Itâs an evil kind of evil. Astrologically I would say thereâs only one possible interpretation for this chart: Luke has indeed turned to the dark side, and our hearts will break next week. Â
My past predictions: What I got right and what I didnât
Itâs time to talk a bit about the predictions I made, what I got right and what I didnât get right and whatâs still to come.
The first three predictions I posted about The Walking Dead were right. The fan theory that Glenn was alive proved to be true, the fan theory that Judith had been kidnapped proved to be false and Andrea wasnât killed in the comics. Iâm very happy to get this many predictions right but itâs not a great achievement in the sense that maps about death are very easy to interpret.
You can check the post in here: Â http://mercuryramblings.tumblr.com/post/132331826677/previsions-for-the-walking-dead-show-and-comic
Concerning my predictions to Gravity Falls, there are some things I got right and some things I didnât. I was very surprised to get any of them right because as I said at the beginning of the post I didnât think I could use Horary like that and I kind of bullshitted my way out of the mess the chart was. I was right about Soos, Dipper and Wendy separating after entering Mableâs prison but I do admit I thought that separation would take longer or be more definitive. I was right about Mable being liberated but also about the fact that she didnât want to be liberated to begin with. I was wrong about Ford being with Soos but Fordâs plot thickens so itâs hard to say whatâs going to happen.
Now, I have a major problem with that post: After studying more about the Arabic Parts I realised I didnât analyze the chart as I should and I could have done a lot more (for example using the turned chart to find every characterâs death significator), I might do it if I have time and if the next episode takes as long to come out as this one did.
You can check the post in here: http://mercuryramblings.tumblr.com/post/132615125392/is-anyone-going-to-die-in-gravity-falls-spoilers
Concerning my post about Enid I should say itâs still early to have definitive conclusions. I was right about she not being a spy for the Wolves at least since the beginning but I appear to be wrong in my prediction that she was living with Alexandriaâs enemies now. Â We will still see, but in case I am wrong I will try to look at the chart and understand in what points I have failed. I also realised I misattributed the degree the Moon is in to its special degree of Fall because of Astrological technicalities.
You can check the post in here: Â http://mercuryramblings.tumblr.com/post/133076189147/is-enid-a-spy-for-the-wolves-spoilers-for-the
Concerning AOT, itâs still too soon to say if humanity will win that battle, but the new issues look rather promising!
And you can check the post in here: Â http://mercuryramblings.tumblr.com/post/131684483137/who-will-win-the-battle-on-the-next-issue-of
Iâm working on post thatâs going to be a bit different from these predictions because right now I donât have any major questions Iâd like to ask, but feel free to send me some.
In any case I think Iâve been making more right predictions than wrong and Iâm really proud of my progress in Horary Astrology :)
Is Enid a Spy for the Wolves? *Spoilers* for The Walking Dead TV show
Thereâs another fan theory about the Walking Dead TV show that has been widely discussed on the internet and that I didnât address in my last post.
A couple of weeks passed and we already know I was right in at least two of the three previsions I made: Judith was safe at home and Andrea did not die in the comic. The narrative is also building up to the possibility Glenn is still alive, which makes me believe I was right in that prevision too.
This time I decided to ask about Enidâs possible allegiance to the Wolves who attacked Alexandria.
I set the chart for November 10th 2015 at 10:58 AM for Lisbon, Portugal using the Astrowin software.
Before setting the chart I tried to think about possible signs that she was a spy for the Wolves. In that case we would expect her to be on the 12th house (the house of secret enemies and spies), to be combust or at least  under the Sunâs beams, to have bad dignities (which would show bad intentions), a close aspect to Neptune (we donât usually use outer planets in Horary but a close aspect to Neptune can mean lying and deception as a minor testimony), and strong receptions to the significator of the Wolves (this should be  a last resource option because we it will be hard to find the Wolvesâ significator).
Enid is an indifferent character to me so weâll assign her the 7th house. Although some authors argue we should use the 1st house in this kind of questions, this system seems to have been confirmed by my previous predictions so Iâm sticking to it.
The 7th house opens in Cancer so Enid is the Moon. The Moon is in the 10th house, so apparently she has some will and strength to act. She is in Scorpio. Scorpio is a mute sign and usually associated with secret things so we might have a minor clue here.
The Moon is under the Sunâs beams. This is far better than combustion but itâs still a sign of hidden things. Itâs also very interesting because unlike combustion we are not talking about something completely hidden but something hiding on plain sight.
The Moonâs next aspect will be to Neptune and the aspect is pretty close. We can use it as another minor testimony for the possibility that Enid is a spy. The Moon is also in its fall, which might show that sheâs in danger or that she has bad intentions. The fall is especially important because the Moon is in the 3Âș of Scorpio which is the most intense degree of the Moonâs fall and exaltation. This is a very good sign that Enid is in great trouble or has terrible intentions.
Nevertheless the Moon is in the 10th house, not in the 12th, so the major sign that would show Enid was a spy is not in the chart. Her antiscion is in 1st house which gives us no interesting information.
All of the previously mentioned astrological factors are minor testimonies so we have to dig deeper into the chart.
The best way to determine the Wolves is to find Alexandria. Since we donât know on which side Enid is, what we can do is to look at the 10th house (the place she lives in) and assume it will represent Alexandria, her last known place of living. In that case, the 10th house opens in Libra and the 4th house (the enemies of the 10th) opens in Aries. This means Alexandria will be represented by Venus, and the Wolves by Mars.
This two signs actually apply really good to the two communities, so I believe Iâve made the right choice. On the one hand Alexandria is a very Libran place because itâs a place of civilization, dialogue and relationship with others. On the other hand, Aries describes a violent, bestial and war mongering people like the Wolves.
The Moon, Enidâs significator, changed signs very recently because itâs at 3Âș Scorpio. If we look at its dignities it is in Alexandriaâs deteriment, which means it probably loathes them or is their enemy. However, it is in the sign, triplicity, term and face of Mars. The Moon loves Mars. This means that Enid either likes the Wolves or she was kidnapped by them.
But does this mean she was a spy? Probably not. Before changing signs, which happened very recently, she was in Alexandriaâs sign and in the deteriment of the Wolves. She liked Alexandria.
This leaves us with several theories about what happened:
1-Â Â Â Â Â She wasnât a spy for the Wolves (especially because the Wolves didnât know about Alexandria before finding the pictures Aaron lost) but when she saw how poorly prepared Alexandria was for an attack and how the Wolves could survive in the wild she decided to leave Alexandria and join them.
2-Â Â Â Â Â She recently met the Wolves outside and helped them prepare the attack, working partially as a spy but for a very short period of time.
3-Â Â Â Â Â She belonged to the Wolves in the past but eventually left them but she decided to rejoin them for survival matters.
4-Â Â Â Â Â She was kidnapped by the Wolves and the Moonâs receptions with them means she is under their power.
The 4th theory seems to be the weakest from them all because the context of the question will favor the interpretation in which she likes the Wolves over the interpretation that she was taken by force. There is also no aspect between Mars and the Moon, which would be a factor strengthening the possibility of Enid being kidnapped.
Whatever the right answer may be, it seems clear from the chart that Enid is with the Wolves now and that there has been a shift in her living place from Alexandria to the Wolves, but that her connection to them is *recent* or was only *recently* re-found.
There is still another unlikely possibility I hadnât considered before choosing the gif for this post: Itâs possible that Enid was a spy or has decided to go and live with any other enemy of Alexandria. This could be the Whisperers, the Sanctuary or whatever. Since the only way we have to determine where she is is by the house of the âopen enemiesâ, then the prediction becomes a bit vague.
However, the probability is that she is with the Wolves because of the context of the question and because they are the open known enemies of Alexandria. Unlike the enemies we know about, I think the enemies we havenât met yet would probably be represented by the derived 12th house, not the 7th.
A quick note on Mars and Venus as the significators of Alexandria and the Wolves: Although this was not the main aim of the question, it seems to me Alexandria has a clear advantage over the Wolves now if they decide to attack again. Venus just entered its own sign and Mars is about to enter its deteriment. Not only does this show the Wolves in bad shape, it also shows them under Alexandriaâs power.Â
