Camelot College; England.

Hi there, this is a Merlin RPG. It is a modern day AU, which means that some things are different. Arthur, Merlin, Morgana, Morgause and the Knights are all in college. Arthur isn't royal, Merlin's not a servant, and Morgana isn't truly evil. Only a bit. But for this to happen, we need people to play our beloved characters. Could one of these people be you? Camelot College isn't a normal college though, only the best go there - people with real talent. So because of this, it's better than any normal college: the rooms are bigger, the food is better, and the classes are more challenging. It's a college fit for, well, a King. Lancelot du Lac || Open || Ships: Lancelot/Guinevere, Lancelot was born and raised in America. It was where he lived for the first six years of his life. His mother was offered a job in England, and without any doubts, she took it. She moved her son, Lancelot, and her husband to England where they stayed, and where Lancelot grew up. Lancelot is the only child. Whilst his mother went out and earned a living, his father stayed in the house, on the couch, watching football and drinking beer. Ever since his father failed his exams in school, he couldn’t be bothered to do anything with his life. He didn’t pay much attention to Lancelot, so Lancelot and him weren’t so close to each other. Lancelot helped around the house, making sure things were clean and tidy. He didn’t want to be like his father. He didn’t want to turn out like him, so he vowed that he would do something with his life. His passion turned to journalism and writing stories. He loved everything about it, and he hoped that one day he would become the best journalist or author around. Lancelot had applied for a place at Camelot College, and he successfully got in, and he was over the moon. His father, on the other hand, wasn’t so pleased. However, Lancelot ignored him. He wasn’t going to be anything like his father, no way. His mother was proud of him. Before Lancelot went to Camelot College, he had no friends. Nobody took the time to know him, but he wasn’t fussed. His study was more important to him than anything. Lancelot is friendly, clever, kind, sweet, quiet, reliable. He finds it hard to trust people, but when he gets to know them then he is okay. He thinks before he acts. He doesn’t rush into decision making. He likes to take his time. His ambition in life is to become a journalist, or perhaps a novelist. [Can be changed if the RP-er wants a different bio!]

Freya has come to Camelot College in order to find peace, to hide away from the Anti-Magic Group that sent body hunters after her. When she was younger, she was attacked by a young man on the street and defending herself, she killed him. The young man’s mother was a sorceress who cursed Freya to turn into a bat-winged black panther at the stroke of midnight and kill everyone who got in her way. That is why the Anti-Magic Group is after her. Freya has a big heart and she is one of the kindest people of the world; however, she is afraid of letting people close to her due the curse. Can this change in Camelot College? Can she find a shelter here? [Can be changed if the RP-er wants another bio]

As the daughter of Rodor Nemeth, the head of the country’s most powerful insurance company, Mithian deserves the best of education, so she had to come to Camelot College. No one had asked her if she wanted to study somewhere else. She had to go where the other upper-class people study. Luckily, Mithian is smart and she can adopt to any circumstances. Third-year student with a major in Economics. Cenred is about to inherit his father’s company, however, unlike Arthur, he is preparing for that enthusiastically and he does everything to be a good leader. If someone gets in his way, he easily finds a way to get rid of them. He is strong, determined and ruthless. [Can be changed if the RP-er wants a different bio!]

Transferred student from London with a major in Computer Engineering. He is Gwen’s brother and he has a thing for computers and machines. He loves to take them apart then trying to build them up again. He is smart, determined and he always listens to his heart. [Can be changed if the RP-er wants a different bio!]

Anyone seeing Elena for the first time can be surprised what manners she has behind that innocent and pretty face of hers. She hardly uses cutlery, she can stumble in her own feet and can hardly comb her own hair. However, this is not her fault. She is possessed by the Sidhe, one of the magical creatures of Avalon. Her soul was taken by them not long after she was born and she has no idea what happened to her. Can she ever be free from the Sidhe? [Can be changed if the RP-er wants a different bio]

Morgause [last name up to the RP-er] || Open || Ships:[up to the RP-er] Morgause is ambitious. She wants the best. She walks on the line. Sometimes, she takes a few tiny steps beyond the line, but that’s ok -after all, the end justify the means. People find her cold and outputting. She doesn’t consider herself to have friends, only acquaintances. Let them get close enough to use them, but not close enough for them to use you. That’s one major lesson learnt. Morgause took a few years off between high school and college. She doesn’t talk about what happened then. The past is irrelevant, or as she says. Really, she knows it will come back to haunt her.
