Me too
Me too Me too movement. It is all you see on Facebook. Girls, women, femme identifying saying me too. Some explaining their stories, just a single instance or simple the two words I contemplated joining in. First I thought, I've never been harassed or assaulted because of XYZ appearance wise. Then I remembered when I was four in Sunday school. Then I remembered when the man I thought I would be with forever forced me to give him a blow job when I said out loud 'I am not ready, I do not want to.' He spent the remainder of our relationship regretting, apologizing and paying me back with bad sex. Then I remembered the men in the retail stores asking bizarre questions, making comments, saying they'd marry me. Staring at my chest. Then I remembered the men that have refused to work with me simply because I am a woman. It will never end. But will saying anything at all make any difference? Should we be victimizing ourselves as such? Sure, that awful shit has happened to me and working through in therapy has helped as well as learning my rights but....we've survived. And thrived. I cannot wait to see the men's movement that's pushed back after me too subsides. There has to be something brewing.

I feel every emotion, yet nothing. My mind goes blank, numb, flat. It's empty, thinking of nothing. But I think of everything. I run through situations, what if's, maybes and perhaps. I feel lonely yet revel in this alone time. All I want is a hand to hold and a pair of lips to kiss as my own, for those hands to pull me in and hold me tight and those lips to whisper I love you and you're not alone. I am most depressed here, at home, where you enter the door and the energy is thick like fog in an unpleasant way where you cannot see in front of you and it is all consuming. All consuming to the point where it has infiltrated you, your lungs fill with it, your stomach becomes heavy as you attempt to windshield wipe the fog away from your mind but you can't because you live in it. You live with three other depressed people. And it won't change. One day you'll step out of the fog, but you must wait. Until that day I feel like I'm wading through mud, up my my knees or so. Pushing ahead because I swear I see light. I feel the light calling me. Today I am consumed within the fog and mud, I continue to wade and hope and pray. Everything is heavy, blurry, all I want is to sleep in someone else's bed in someone else's home. Yesterday my dad lost his job. For the second time of my life. This time I am an adult and can feel a sense of his pain, his depression his anxiety. I witness a woman with no understanding, no apathy and little sympathy and understand how they've never loved one another. I will never be like them I swear to myself. I will be alone forever before it comes to that.
Feeling like a permanent third wheel this month
A physical emotional loneliness that cannot be quenched
when ur a wreck and cant process emotions properly and someone asks if ur okay
We had a fantastic weekend. BobSPRINGS you were good to me, happy birthday to my Bob! Relaxing on a vacation as an adult is truly a treat.
I am completely overwhelmed coming from every component of my life My yoga practice has slipped due to time My prayer practice has slipped due to time My well being is suffering from the loss of those practices The last two nights I've had panic attacks mid and after class. I haven't had one in a while. Wondering what am I doing. I hate what I'm doing. I love some of what I'm doing. Am I doing the right things? When will I know? Why am I doing so much? How is it all not enough? Not enough to save and enjoy? Too much, so much it puts me in a comatose allowing me to freeze and melt all at once in daily life, slowly meticulously screwing myself over. When will it end? When will the load lighten? Why this path why this journey? Can I make it? I have to make it.
