”Executioner’s Tax (Swing of the Axe)” Power Trip
I love the "Nightmare Logic" album by Power trip and especially this song.
It's a perfect fusion of Thrash Metal and Hardcore vocals.

AAAAHHH! COME ON!! He’s just such a MONSTER! ^^
He needs way more fame.
Right after seeing the cover i had to click on it :). I may not be a pen and paper player but i am also a nerd and this appealed to me.
The music is great and very old school and i really like it. It sounds a bit inspired by Thin Lizzy.
You should give it a shot and build up a huge fanbase so that they begin to sell their music as cd’s because I WANT THIS PHYSICAL!!!! (lets get physical physical.... xD )
This is a bass cover by the youtuber 7sloth and he has by far not enough subscribes he is magnificent.
He plays with his whole heart and you can clearly see the anger and love towards the bass.
He has much other bass covers of wich i highly recommend the ones from Mudvayne.
F.K.Ü. is a fantastic thrash band and to be honest they really got me into thrash. Their vocalist has a real unique sound to him and the music is very old school trash. I own two albums by them wich are "Where moshers dwell" and "Rise of the moshmongers" and i recommend them both my favourite song is "Where moshers dwell". And let's be honest he sounds a little bit like an aggresive Jack Black.
And there we go. The second release from the new album is out and it is once again awesome. It is more like a typical metal ballad by iced earth with that bit of harshness and the lyrics are great to. they give you a different view on Wotan/Odin and they're just as beautiful as they're sad. All in all solid work and you should check it out. \m/
Friday, April 21: Blind Guardian, “Guardian of the Blind”
“Guardian of the Blind” epitomized the earliest material of one of Germany’s most beloved power metal institutions, presenting a group of thrash-happy misfits infatuated with J.R.R. Tolkien. But while some things never change, Battalions of Fear’s second track bore little resemblance to Blind Guardian’s most famous work: the sheer frenzy of “Guardian of the Blind” would be jarring for anyone first introduced to the band via Imaginations from the Other Side, let alone Nightfall in Middle-Earth or At the Edge of Time. Thomas “Thomen” Stauch’s drumming was pure mania, outpacing the rest of the band by several laps- no wonder Hansi Kϋrsch eventually hung up his bass to focus on singing, there was no way he could ever keep up. The song captured Blind Guardian’s hunger and drive to outrace every other band in Germany, but none of the bombast and grandeur that would come to define the band as soon as their third album.
I’m a huge Blind Guardian fan and really like this post of metalsongoftheday. You could say it made my day ^^.
really you should listen to it. NOW!!!

This progressive metal band has just put out one song and is already totally dope. I mean COME ON Victor Wooten in metal?!! thats fucking great! And this song is amazing. They used instruments you would never guess to be used in metal.
Working on it right now. The Backpatch is already on it and looks fantastic now its Black Sabbath time. ^^
I just tought that it perfectly fits togehter and its really funny.
I hope you like it.
btw. i am not really good at making those texts with the black background so deal with it
Taken from the upcoming album, "Incorruptible", Out June 16th 2017. Pre-Order the album NOW! : http://smarturl.it/INCORRUPTIBLE

I’M SOOOOO HYPED!!!!! THIS SONG IS AWESOME!!
YOU HAVE TO HEAR IT!!! \m/ \m/
Like it says in the description here's my first update on my Battle Vest and yes i am just about to start mine. Some of these patches were already attached to my normal jacket before and are now going to find an eternal home on a beautiful vest.
I absolutly love Iced Earth as you can see and the “Burnt Offerings” cover is going to be my backpatch.
Most of you may not know “Knorkator” they are a German Comedy Metal band and they only sing in german exept for their cover songs wich are totaly awesome. “Try Again”, “Ma Baker”, “All that she wants” and some other. I really recommend “Ma Baker” its my favourite by them. If you want then click on this link: Knorkator - Ma Bakerhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bku0ryIHadk.
And also a German band “Obscurity” they do Black Viking Death Metal and they are totally dope. My favourite records by them are “Keltiwald” and “Vintar”. This is "Vintar” i HIGHLY recommend it https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Olt2_K01gcM
Then there is Gloryhammer which are really fun to listen to and their over the top epicness is just tremendously funny.
And the rest is just Amon Amarth, Pantera, Dio, Sabaton and Black Sabbath.
*note this is not a real review its just a kind of recommendation and some thoughts on it
This is my newly bought “The Revenant King” by Visigoth.
The Sound of it is really good. It reminds me of Manowar, Grand Magus and in a certain way also Iced Earth just like mentioned on the EMP label.
btw. I was lucky to get a limited 1st edition with the patch in it. I bought it in 2017 and it was released in 2015 wich is kinda sad considering that this album is very good and they didnt sell all the 1st editions till now.
I am a huge fan of Iced Earth and i also like to hear some Grand Magus and Manowar but i dont really know Manilla Road yet.
They did a Cover of Manilla Road’s “Necropolis” i listened to it on youtube and i personaly like Visigoth’s version of “Necropolis” more.
Here are two examples
1.”The Revenant King” https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qqc1yNuFrps
2.”Dungeon Master” https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2oclDVweTR4
And a link to the full album if you liked what you heard so far. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yc7oj8t3l0M&t
Like i said really bad selfmade pictures but i think that way it has more charm ^^. The Metal part of this is obviously the “Master Of The Moon” cover by DIO.
I hope i get you to smile or even laugh about this picture. ;)
