Computers do exactly as they are told. So long as the command has meaning, the computer will carry it out. Given explicit, clear instructions, a computer will obey. User error, of course, can clash with this, but the right, experienced operator can do wonders for a computer.

Bratty computers then, are simply confused by unclear instructions, and when guided by a firm hand, will be just as good as any other computer.
