Some Hoteltale Burgerpants (alternatively Bartenderpants) because he's been plaguing my mind a little and I think he's funny. absolute catmanfailure. more ramblings below as a treat

BP's whole deal is that he's in dire need of a job and a solid place to stay, so he decides to try to pick up a job at the hotel. Fortunately (or unfortunately) for him, Mettaton found out about him wanting to work there and put in a good word for him. That ends up with BP getting a job at the bar in the lounge and working alongside Grillby.

While BP wasn't entirely thrilled to share a workspace with Mettaton again, at least he wasn't BP's boss this time around. It was an interesting time for both Grillby and BP trying to get used to working with one another, though. At first, BP basically fully invested in putting on his best customer service face and tried to leave a decent impression - but Grillby saw through the facade pretty quickly. He never explicitly said anything about it, but there were mild nudges here and there towards BP that he could relax at least a little bit.

Over the course of only about a week or two, BP started loosening up and got more comfortable around customers. Still took a while for him to stop being so on edge around Grillby since they didn't really talk any more than they needed to at first, but they become (mild) pals eventually! Maybe not best friends or anything, but they're work buds.

Weirdly enough, Burgerpants might be one of my favorite Undertale characters, his sprites are just so silly I love it

Me(the right) and my friend(the left) did the silly art trend a few months ago (da one where you draw without telling the other person), but it had a lasting impact on me. Artistically-wise I suppose, got my gears shifting in da brain.

Because, for a random chance format, it made so much sense for burgerpants, and yet, didn't at the same time, for his character anyway....
