I uploaded all the images I took down at the Capitol in Denver during the George Floyd Protest. I got tear gassed one of the days haven't felt great since. I witnessed alot of wrong-doings by cops during my time during this. People protecting other people from being shot while being peaceful. People shot at close range with the rubber bullets and gas pellets. Tear gas canisters being blown up on backs. Cops hiding in the windows and on the roof of The Denver Post. #myEDSchallenge Day #10 🦓🌈 Adaptations I've made 🦓❤️ Sorry it's a day late! 🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺 Ive had to make a lot of Adaptations for not only my EDS but also needed for the other chronic illness I go through. 🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀 I remember when I first was told to use a walker on a daily basis when my nerve damage in my legs started. Going from completely mobile to not. Not being able to run, biking, roller skate. I need to still work on I should use more mobility devices and aids than I do now. I have also adjusted my diet and I have a wonderful service dog Malachite. He is going to be 5 in December. He has totally helped me out so much through the roughest parts of my chronic health journey. 🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀 I think there will always be adaptions to be made when you have chronic health conditions. Weither it be Ehlers Danlos Syndrome or not.
