Hello family.:) So, these past few moths haven't been the most friendly to your boy. I've taken lumps, and threaded water. The one thing I've learned from it all ( in at least one case very drastically) is to put your pride down and keep pushing. Today i was shown the type of love I haven't had in a while; tough. However, it was still love. I came out of, what I thought, was a worst case scenario that turned out to be a very needed lesson. I was proud of myself for finally seeing that. Oh? Why the food pics? Well, after all of that, I decided to treat myself to a half lemon pepper half honey garlic wing plate.:) killed it!

Yes. I am 100% a momma's boy. I mean, if your ma raised four kids by herself and always made sure we never went without when she did, wouldn't you be? It hasn't been the best of months for me, I'll admit. I've been tested like mad. Seeing my mother and just spending time with her, listening to her stories, hearing her laugh and receiving her wisdom have been exactly what i needed! My smile was ear to ear today! I love you Susan Astorga Vasquez! You are my heart and I'll never know how to repay you for all you do. I love you mama. Thanks for bringing me Tommy's.:)

Some people will literally complain about any f'n thing these days. Power Man & Iron Fist have been two of my favorite characters ever since I started reading as a kid. The book tackled diversity issues at a time when most books wouldn’t even dare. One of the main reasons it appealed to me was the mix of racial characters and cultures. The show is good and I’m enjoying it. Don’t let other people’s petty ass opinions jade you. Watch and judge for yourself. 👍🏻👍🏻
