Hello, all!

I have made the big venture out of the U.S. to travel to New Zealand for 10 weeks for an internship! I found my internship through the program GlobaLinks, and after much preparation they sent me over to Wellington for a Bridging Cultures Program with the other interns, where we spent an entire week traversing over the entire city, trying to see every nook and cranny of it. Needless to say, I am exhausted from my adventures, which included off roading, visiting some seals, going to New Zealandia, and walking literally EVERYWHERE. My legs are definitely more toned than they were before, and I don't feel the burn as much when I walk to the grocery store. 

Windy Wellington, as the locals call it, was a beautiful and happenin' city, with a ton of stuff to do (everything from museums to the zoo to hanging out at the waterfront) that I now think everyone should try and visit. Just don't forget to bring a windbreaker!
