and maybe in this sleepy town he’ll sit one day the lights are down he’ll see my face and think of how he used to know me
“People love what other people are passionate about.” — La La Land (2016, dir. Damien Chazelle)
it’s so basic but i still love la la land and actively listen to the soundtrack
I guess I’ll see you in the movies.

not to step outta my lane but mia dolan is the most relatable like accidentally spilling coffee on your shirt before something important? relatable. steaming up the bathroom to look dramatic while you sing to yourself? relatable. wanting to stay at home while ur friends go to a party? relatable. hiding in the bathroom at said party? relatable. forgetting about ur actual bf because you’re too busy thinking abt ryan gosling? relatable
Also the scene with her repeatedly trying and failing to give the lady a refund for her non-gluten free pastry is literally me as a cashier. Too relatable.
