Oh how much she hated waiting, sitting with her legs crossed Bunny stared at the male for a while before letting out a sigh. How the hell she got here is rather shocking actually, but how she’ll get out of the place will be rather quick and easy. Her attention went back towards the taller male, this was her first time seeing him around actually, placing her hand under her chin a grin suddenly formed on her face. Maybe talking to him would make the time go by faster.“Oh really now? Now tell me, how do you know that?”She asked him, wondering what his answer was going to be.Bunny wondered how he got into the same position as she was in at this very moment, but yet she didn’t wanted to ask any further questions about who he was or why he is even in a place like this in the first place. Seems like she always put herself in these situations, Bunny had always had a little bit of bad luck every once in a while.“I wasn’t going to ask at first, but now I’m wondering. How did you get into a situation like this dear? I’m dying to know what did you do.”

Crossing her legs as she sat in one of the seats she couldn’t do nothing but stare at some of them before shaking her head with a small chuckle. “I give them a couple of days, some of them are not cut to be here anyway. Oh well they will learn sooner or later. You are correct about that, just can’t trust some of them to many spy these days ya know.”

“Awww, that’s kind of hurt my feeling you know?” She replied with a slight pout, teasing the male. “And truth to be told, just looking at you make me sick to my stomach.” Staring died in his eyes, oh how he thought that he was going to get his way so easily made her wanted to laugh in his face. It’s been known that she was quite a tough cookie and wouldn’t break so easily, so him trying is actually going to be fun.

“Whatever you think love. I think I’m pretty funny as well, don’t you think?” Letting out a teasingly smile at him once again. She was growing bored actually of teasing him actually. Bunny was just ready to go him, and yet he still was trying to get some information from her which she wasn’t going to talk in the first place. “But it is a game, well to me anyways. And oh sweetheart trust me this will take a while so you might as well get used to hearing that especially from me.” She was getting pissed but she couldn’t lose her cool especially around him because that’s what he wanted her to do. “Well looks like it’s going to be a while. I know what you want but you still not going to get it. So gives it your best shot sweetie.”

“Boohoo, your feelings got hurt and you can’t bear to look at me. You think this is the first time I’ve heard this sarcastic shit?” It’s been years since he first heard it; almost his entire life. His parents loved to make him feel like everything he did was an inconvenience, as if looking at him brought them pain, that he should be grateful for what he has ( never mind that he never had anything ). If she thinks for a second that he’s just going to lie down and roll over because she gave him attitude… Wonwoo laughs to himself. 

At this point, with her growing faux edginess, he could only hope that she would also grow more and more irritated. From personal experience, he knows it’s easier to let things slip when you’re pissed off and that’s probably the easiest angle he can approach this task from besides force ( and the latter takes considerably more time thanks to how annoying he is and he really wants to get home at some point tonight ). “I’m glad you think your life is a ‘game’, ‘sweetheart’, but I’m sure you won’t be thinking that in a bit if you still haven’t given me the information I came for.” He pats his pocket, familiar knife tucked into the denim in its protective case. “So, I think it’s in your best interest to stop trying to be tough and accept this situation.”

“You want to know something? You are no fun at all. But I am looking ar you silly,Who knows it seems like you had bastard.” She really didn’t care, but one thing for sure this one right here might just take her a while to get away from. Bunny must admit he was a tough cookie that’s one thing she can give him, oh how much fun the two of them about to have in this empty room....well she’s the only one who’s going to have fun anyway. She couldn’t help but laugh to herself, he really caught the wrong one to get information out from a tough cookie herself and one who can deal with pain,One wouldn’t think she could handle pain.

She had a bad tempter on her, and she was praying that she won’t let nothing slip from her mouth. That was something that he wanted from her to get angry and tell everything, she’s been doing this for years and to think this simple trick was going to get her to spill boy did he thought wrong. The stranger was just wasting both of their time at this point, but if he thinks he going to get her to spill she was going to let him have a go at it. “Oh sweetie I know my life isn’t no game, but I know your life and as well as the people you love so dearly is as well is going to be a game a trust I can make that happen. You what to know something? This whole thing is a waste of our time.” Staring down at his pocket before turning her attention back towards him staring into his dark cold eyes for a while with a grin. “Who said I was acting tough big boy? I always been liked this since I was a child. Let’s get started on this game shall we sweetie?” Teasing him still with that grin on her face.

“Than what is the word, because I think pretty is the word.” Letting out a chuckle, as a smirk formed on her face. Oh she knew what he wanted, control but of course she wasn’t going to give him that control. Bunny knew what the other wanted but she wasn’t going to let him get that information no matter how much pain she might have to go through for him to receive it nothing was going to slip from her lips at this point.

The only thing she wanted to do is just go back home to her child, but of course this bastard just had to ruined everything. Chae was annoyed like hell at this point and was sick of playing this little game of trying to get information oh just wet till she gets back, she was going to get him and that stupid CEO killed for messing with her. Hopefully she’ll get loose soon enough and get away from this place and quick.

“Oh? You know you really funny you know that? To think you really going to get any form of information out of me. But let’s the game begins, because it might take us a while.”

“Annoying,” he answers, though he hadn’t wanted to. It just gives her the satisfaction she ( in his opinion ) so desperately wants — the semblance of control that’s entirely his and will remain that way if he can help it. She might think herself tough now, but he wonders how long she’ll hold up once he begins inflicting pain. It’s amazing what a little suffering can do to a person. 

( Even him, who after stubbing his toe feels like he should probably tell Mingyu that he ate the last chocolate bar and didn’t tell him, like the injury is karma. )

“Thanks, I think I’m hilarious,” comes his agreement, monotone and uninterested. He still wants this to be over as soon as possible so he can get home, so he’s not interested in all these ‘pleasantries’. “It’s not a game and you better hope it doesn’t ‘take us a while’. I have other things I’d rather be doing and I’m sure you do, too. Just tell me what I want to know and we can both go home. I know you know what I want so let’s just cut out all the hassle. Start from the beginning, please.”

It’s been a while

Something was telling her to go visit her old lover. It’s actually been a while since she lasted seen him, Chae just wanted to go see how the other was doing knowing how hard the other works. Sure they would talk on the phone every now and then but that wasn’t enough, in all honesty she would love to see him.

Now here she is, knocking on the door waiting for him to answer. With little Miyoung in her carrier as she looked around the place which caused a smile to form on Chae face. Taking a couple of deep breaths gripping on the bag she was holding onto, she heard the door opened which caused her to freeze up maybe this wasn’t a good idea to begin with.

“U-Um…Hello, I hope I wasn’t disturbing anything..”

Myungsoo had chosen to take a few days off and stay home to rest a bit before he’d fully collapse. Of course, he spent the first two days off sleeping and being lazy, eating pizza. Now, he had to get to cleaning, so he pulled ona bandana on his head and began cleaning. He was pretty well rested now but now he had to clean his house and make sure that his apartment was free of papers and cat hair.

he heard the knock on the door and made his way over. “ah, back, ace!” he muttered, shoving his cat aside from the door so that he could open the door. he opened the door with a happy grin. he was surprised to see Chaeeun with her baby girl. He was quite happy to see her regardless. it was unexpected but a good kind of unexpected.

he laughed. “no no. please come in. it’s great to see you!” he said, holding his cat in his arms. “I’d hug you but this child is prone to escaping,” he adds.

Till this day she really doesn’t know how to tell him everything from the day she disappeared. Looking down at the bag that she held in her hands were things that she picked out for him as well as a video during her whole pregnancy to give him a hint. Many things were still going through her mind but yet, she couldn’t figure out why.

Hearing the door opened, she was still nervous but Chae still couldn’t help but smile when she noticed that he held his cat Ace in his arms. She soon spotted a grin formed on his face once he noticed that it was her and Miyoung at the door. “Ah, it’s little Ace. It’s been so long.”

“Are you sure? I hope I wasn’t disturbing anything.” She let out a chuckle, entering as she turned her attention back on him. “It’s great to see you as well, I hope you have been doing well. I brought you a couple of things by the way.” Handing him the bag as she removed her daughter from the carrier, noticing that she was looking around before her eyes landed on Myungsoo which caused her to smile.

Hearing the other laugh, makes Bunny smile a little. ”Honestly just looking at their dead bodies makes me sick to my stomach.” She said drinking the last sip of vodka before the cup once again was filled back up, it took her a while just to get a hold of these documents. Usually, it would take her a couple of days just to get the information but this time it took her 2 weeks to get everything which pissed her off due to her nearly getting caught a couple of times as well.

”You really think that? I was just caught up in a couple of things that about it.” Letting out a chuckle. ”Of course not. This lifestyle runs in my blood, I can’t believe you actually thought that. I thought you knew me better now Diana.” Of course, there were people who got sick of this kind of lifestyle who ran away but sadly some didn’t run away far enough before getting caught and killed on the spot. Even though she now a mother the Black Lotus was like family to her.

”Same old Diana I see. But of course, it’s only been a couple of months.” She replied swirling the drink around in the cup a little before actually drinking it. ”Yes, you are correct about that. Seems like a new rumor every once in a while but hey it’s life yeah?” Just the thought of the rumors made her wonder about some which was true and which were wasn’t true. But she knew her pregnancy rumor was true, but for some reason, she actually hid her baby bump actually really well. Drinking her last cup, she checked the time before looking at Diana with a small grin on her face. ”It’s about me being pregnant actually.”

Hyoyeon follows suit, knocking her glass back and tipping the remnants of the alcohol down her throat. The burn of liquor always feels welcome, and she raises a hand at a waitress to refill. “Say what you want, disappearing like that is going to make people wonder. It’s not like you to just go off the grid for a few months." 

She shrugs, drawing a ring with her fingertip around the rim of her glass. "It hasn’t been unheard of, after all. Sometimes longtime members you think are here for life end up to be traitors.” She lowers her voice. “Didn’t you hear about that dealer, Mamba? Ended up spilling information, apparently. And he’s been here forever. You never know." 

Diana grins back at her, albeit slightly sheepish. “Yeah. I’ve heard that one. If you go missing for a certain amount of months then come back…well, people are going to talk. I’ve even heard a rumor that it’s the boss’s.” She can’t even comprehend the risks of having a kid while in a gang. She’s never been a family oriented person anyway, so maybe that doesn’t say much. She’s never had a maternal streak. But she can’t imagine Black Lotus is a good place to be while pregnant, even if you do see them as family. No wonder Bunny went off the grid, if it’s true. Speaking of…

 “Well? Is it true? Were you pregnant?”

It’s been a good minute since she last had a drink at this place, well a drink in general anyway. And boy it felt great, the burn of the liquor going down her throat feels so welcome, watching as the other asked the waitress for a refill she watched as the cup slowly started to get full once again. “I mean, it always demands on what you’re doing love. You might be missing or dead for all they know.”

Taking a sip, as she watched the liquor from the cup slowly drip on the table. “You are correct about that, hell you may never know who’s a traitor or who’s not one.” Her attention turned towards the other. “Mamba? Yeah I remember him, that’s was a shocker to me honestly. Hurts my feeling honestly because he was kind of nice.”

Letting out a smirk at the other comment as she took more sips of the drink. “Well...You are correct, but then again who knows. The boss’s baby? That’s pretty funny.” Letting out a chuckle, though it was correct that she’s was missing for a couple of months, so of course she should’ve known about the rumors was about to come soon. She knew the risked of having a child while being in a gang but she also knew that in the future she wouldn’t be able to have anymore so if she did gave up the baby she would deeply regret it. She might as well end these rumors...

She was angry, Bunny still couldn’t believe that she was caught just that quick. If she would’ve just listened to herself and as somebody to come with her she would’ve been just alright. Rolling her eyes, many things were going through her mind at the moment. But one thing that mainly on her mind was her child, she knew that she had to get home to her child Bunny wasn’t just going to die in the hands of an enemy.

Watching as a taller figure approached her, she just stared at the male. Angry, but of course she wasn’t going to let him see that. She heard that deep voice before but yet she doesn’t remember where at. Letting out a smirk, Bunny looked at him for a little before actually speaking.

”And why is that? Don’t want to hear my pretty voice?”

“Pretty isn’t the word I’d use.” He answers flatly, pursing his lips and watching as she watches him, waits to see if anything flashes over her expression that assures him he has full control of this situation. He might not see a thing, whether by missing it or her simply not reacting in a way that he wants, but it hardly matters overall. Wonwoo just likes the security of knowing things are going his way, that he’s still going to remain safe and return home in one piece, but of course, in this line of work, that’s never guaranteed ( and even more rarely predictable ). 

Eventually, he huffs out a sigh and rubs his hands together as if preparing to get started on something. There’s a blade in his pocket but he doesn’t really ( for once ) want to use it lest he get carried away. With any luck, she’ll talk quick so they can get this over and done with without anyone having to get hurt ( and so he can return home to his boyfriend before he’s too tired to say a proper hello when he comes in ). 

“Though you are going to need that voice soon. You’ll need to do a lot of talking for me, so I can get all the information I need from you.”

Waking up with a huge headache, looking around she noticed she wasn’t at the same place she thought she was a couple of hours ago. Damn, looking down she noticed that she was tied up to a chair. A headache and was also caught was something that she didn’t wanted to happened at all. Letting out a sigh, Chae closed her eyes thinking of a way to get loose and find a way to escape out of this place.

“Hello?!”

She screamed out, trying to get somebody attention.

Some targets are so noisy. He knew the moment he got the call from one of his higher ups that this would be a strange evening; after all, usually his victims aren’t allowed to walk away alive, but they had been firm that he isn’t to deal any final blows. 

He doesn’t make any extra effort disguising his voice, but he does keep a mask firmly over his face to hide his identity, and lets the fabric over his mouth muffle his words. Maybe she’ll remember his deeper tone, but Seoul is such a big city that he doubts they’ll ever cross paths again.

“Do you want to end up in the hospital again?!”

Myungsoo wasn’t really up for discussing his resting life with his ex. He wasn’t very good at self care. He just worked a lot and tried to rest when he could. “I’m okay. I’m not working as hard as I seem. I just show up, you know, do a thing and go home,” he said looking at her. Myungsoo only cared about his kitten massively, so while her concern was welcome, Myungsoo really was okay. “I am not going to end up at the hospital. I am one hundred percent totally fine. Like yesterday, I rested for two whole hours.” he said. He honestly was doing okay enough that he didn’t need to go to the hospital. “Besides, if I do end up in the hospital, isn’t that an excuse to have you come and visit me?” he asked, winning at her. Chaeeun was right to be concerned and he appreciated it but there was no need for worry at all. Myungsoo was a police officer. Stress came with the job. That was something that he had gotten used to a long time ago. “I’m fine, Chaeeun. So please, don’t worry about me all that much. take care of yourself. You should not stress yourself out. ”

Even though the two are not together no more she still care about his health whether he wanted her to or not. It's even been known that he really doesn't take care of his self, she remembers how she used to make him rest before starting back up on his work. ”You really think I believe that Myung? Every time I see you, you seemed to look so tired” She replied worriedly looking back at the male.

Since coming back, the only thing she's been doing is working and taking care of her child and that's about it. But of course, she would also check up on Myung from time to time. ”But still.....I just want to make sure that you are okay. Just two hours really? You should take a day off and just relax.” She said. Crossing her arms she had a feeling by the rate that he is going, she was sure that he will end up in the hospital very soon. ”Who knows, I just might pop up....well me and Miyoung, of course, she hasn't seen you in while...” She mumbled feeling her cheeks heating up, after how long they knew each other she still blushed everytime he flirts with her.

”But still....I'm just worried about you I don't want you to stress yourself out. And I'll be just fine....as long as Miyoung and you are okay no need for me to stress.”

This the first time this ever happened, Letting out a sigh she never thought she would be in a hospital bed at this very moment. How she got here was a very interesting story, looking around she looked down at the bruises on her arms.

She never thought that her own customer would set her up the way he did. Bunny should be known that when he wanted to meet at an abandoned building but she never put it in a thought about it since it was something usual she meets up with some of her customers, well whoever her customer was at that moment.

As soon as she gave him the documents she felt something hit the back of her head. Once she hit the ground she felt pain running all through her body. Shaking her head from the memory, she gripped the sheets before hearing the door open.

”Really?”

“You need to think about yourself every once in a while.”

“I do think of myself, I just haven’t been sleeping that well lately that’s all.”She knew that real reason why, with the baby and as well as getting right back to work she haven’t been sleeping well for the past few days. Taking a sip of her coffee she closed her eyes for a while before turning towards Diana, she was actually shocked that the girl had came to see her. Letting out a small grin as she stared at her before a chuckle slipped her lips. She turned her head away to check on Miyoung who was sleep in her baby bouncer which caused her to smile. Turning her attention back to her guest her grin once again formed on her face.“You know I’m actually shocked that you came all the way to visit me. Wondering if the rumor was true yeah?”Crossing her legs, she placing the coffee cup down as she picked up the documents which was right beside the cup. Opening up the file she looked through everything before closing it up and placed it back on the table.”Seems like you going to help me out once again huh? As long as I can leave before I see any dead body or blood then I'll be perfectly fine.”
