Temp Jobs

Have you ever taken a temp job somewhere? I took a job about 4 weeks ago & it's a fantastic job! I literally love it! Have been trained & I'm able to work independently on projects at this point. Only to find out that there has been some rule written many moons ago that if there is an open position it has to be listed through the inter-office to see if somebody else in the company wants my job. Here I am thinking hard work pays off & I'll get offered the job. Fucking Nope!!! They had 2 interviews (unknown to me til now) & are offering my dream job to this current employee! I want to scream - How dare you train me for 4 weeks to turn around & dump me on my ass!!??!! Has this ever happened to anybody else!? Share your story w me.
