it's been so fun to see other people get into fic writing specifically because of dbh, even if they've never written much before! the same happened to me tbh. I literally have not written ANYTHING creative in like over a decade but something possessed me after I played dbh lmao (8 years late) I love Connor sm I could NOT help myself
It's 2nd person OC (altho more like an RPG ig because MC isn't really a blank slate) and has a lot of fun moments with Connor that I originally imagined as one-shots but strung them together into a coherent story that is a sort of slow burn romance mixed with comedy and some emotional devastation bc I just have to have suffering for some reason
anyway I may post some of it at some point!! I've had a blast writing some of the scenes (especially Connor getting drunk at MC's house or almost taking himself out because he cannot resist the call of a delicious human lemon bar lmao) so it will be fun to share once I get my ass to editing the initial chapters :))))
