30th Birthday Party at home with some close friends because of COVID, and overnight camping at Malibu Creek State Park. Every time I trip I see something; this time it was a gopher stealing an entire three foot mustard plant over the course of an hour. Looney Tunes style. Jenna threw up all night. These pictures uploaded backwards for some reason and in my thirties, I’m too lazy to fix it.Â

I realized I don’t own a single pride related item. I always found it so kitschy, but ever since I went to Chapman I feel more “pride”. Maybe it’s all the old white folks lol. But really I just needed something for the pride march and a Zulu strap is the most versatile since I can change it anytime. I wonder how my grandpa would feel about me queering up his watch lol

Dined-in for the first time since the quarantine started mid-March. I went with Huy to Hironori which was shockingly delicious. The tables were spaced out and they took my temperature before they let me in.
Michael Collins is swinging by right now. Things are slowly getting back to normal.

I rarely recite memes, but it is quite bizarre. This year, Kobe died in a helicopter crash, half of Australia burned down, worldwide pandemic, LA riots but this time nationwide, Hong Kong is retaken by China, and there was an earthquake just now. I know I’m missing something too. What’s even crazier is that someone hired me to do legal work and I have no idea wtf I’m doing.

Society is moving towards an information economy, where specialized knowledge is key to a successful career. Simultaneously, an entire generation of people are rapidly becoming uncomfortable with focusing on anything for more than a few minutes at a time. This is thanks to social media, and this is why I make sure I take time everyday to read. I’m not a STEM major so extended focus will be vital to my thriving.Â
