it's true hearts day in ever after high and everyone's scrambling to buy flowers but they're all sold out then someone remembers daring can grow flowers with the light from his teeth and they all scramble to find him but no one can and it's revealed he's at the wonderland grove with lizzie and (1) he's the one who bought out all the flowers and (2) he's spending the day growing more flowers for her at the grove. (lizzie gets enough flowers to fill the hearts castle vault ten times over)

I love how Duchess's hair kind of reflects how she's both the white and black swan in a way - I also love it just because its pretty!!

breaking my silence dexter is a bit meek and has insecurities but i actually think hes quite self-assured in who he is and what he believes to be right and i think it makes him all the more interesting as a character. there is a clear conflict in that he is aware he does not live up to the expectations of others and a part of him wants to but not at the expense of his own beliefs and convictions. does he wish he was more like daring sometimes, the perfect, ideal prince? sure. but he’s also someone who agrees with those who wish to disrupt the status quo, and doing what he believes to be right is more important to him than fitting in or being agreeable. so yes hes awkward and lacks confidence but in the things that matters he is actually quite brave about standing up for his own beliefs

I just realized yesterday that Ever After High missed a golden opportunity for a great running gag by having the child of The Boy Who Cried Wolf trying to out Cerise as a wolfgirl but nobody believes them cause of their story.

Forever thinking about the fact that Ashlynn signing the book of legends is her signing her parent's lives away. Every Cinderella becomes an orphan for the story to take place, its not just her signing herself to slavery, its her killing her family. It is one of the most tragic stories in EAH and I think it is overlooked because people don't think about the details. Everyone (in eah) says she's so lucky because she gets a happily ever after, but no one thinks about how she gets there.

Love the idea that Sparrow has an undeniable instinct to help people in need. He puts on this tough guy persona but he sees a person who needs money and just HAS to find a way to get it to them. Like he can't help it.
