Cardio
Cardio is a very important part of personal fitness because it helps to burn calories and burn fat. There are many forms of cardio and what I mean by that is different types of running, walking and just about anything that gets you moving. Just to name a couple you could swim, play a sport, go for a walk or run. Just by doing cardio for at least 15 minutes a day can better your health for a life time and your heart will thank you. For athletes running wind sprints and doing speed drills is a good way to help train and get there cardio up. They could run 110, 40, T drill or even striders. Those are only a couple of drills that can help to gain speed and stamina. Cardio is so important to a healthy life style that without it we get sluggish and tired easily. Also cardio helps to wake people up and give them more energy. So the moral is to do some sort of cardio for at least 15 minutes a day and with that you can expect to see a change in appearance and fiscal health.
