#day12 - Jigsaw in real life . A different type of puzzle to keep me occupied in this time of lockdown. Special delivery from Pebbles and Cinders, with a little help from me leaving it temporarily on uneven ground. #Day11 Resting in the Winter Sun . I came home yesterday to find our dogs relaxing in the sun. It is amusing to see some of the positions they choose to rest in. #day10 - Flowers, shadows and a dash of light. . Just a little flower arrangement I put together. To me, the shadow with the little splash of light from the round bowl add an interesting touch and become just as much a part of the arrangement as the flowers themselves. #day9 - Garden project complete . It has been a lot of hard work, a few trips to the tip and lots of cleaning up, but in the end it is very rewarding. Here is the completed garden bed. Now just to wait for everything to grow. Thanks to those that helped along the way, notably my dear wife Judy and son Steve, with a special shout out to the worker at the Monash Waste Transfer station who backed my trailer in for me on the first trip. I managed on my own for the next two. #day7 - Next project. . Next on the agenda is the removal of 5 yucca stumps. We had lined up a tradesman for that, but for reasons beyond our control, that never eventuated, so it was up to me to attack them. #Day6 - Unstumped. . In an act that may be seen as going against the grain here in Oakleigh, I have finally removed the stump of the olive tree. I spread the work over a few days using the tools displayed plus my own physical force.
