I myself am not diagnosed autism and was not originally educated well, (of course I did take some time to research,) so please tell me in the comments, private messages, anything if I write anything that is blatantly wrong or offensive to people who do have autism. Anyways, you will be considered a person who does not need a lot of support with daily things, but still struggle with social terms, understanding others, hyperfixations, etc. And I chose only like four people because for everyone else Iâm just not sure in a positive or negative light. (Also sorry it took a while for me to upload.)
Characters: Hanayama, Jack, Retsu, and dada Oliver
Hanayama:
So, Hanayama himself barely talks, so with you, itâs either very quiet in the household or very loud, never in between
Mostly because of you, one day you might find yourself being able to speak nonstop to him about your day, or simply not wanting to, and he knows itâs not in a bad way
Even though he always does want to spend time with you when he wants to, he doesnât push your boundaries.
And he loves to spoil you with so many things consisting of your hyperfixation! If you have one thatâs it.
Which can regard texture, color, and sound. Although most of the times, these items are simple gifts he got cause it reminded him of you.
Resulting in it either being a hit or miss, since sometimes you will go from loving it one day, and the next, you arenât even looking at it.
Along with investing his money into things to put around the house to make you use the item since he knows some textures or things might make you not like them. And example is when he randomly replace the old metal ladle with a cute dinosaur ladle because the original ladle had had the handle torn off and you hated grabbed it when the glue had already gotten full of dirt and was not pleasing for you to use.
On top of that, even though he is always eating fancy things and such, he will always make sure to give you meals you actually enjoy.
The only times he might call you out is when you have eaten too much of an unhealthy thing and he might ask his chef to sneak in some type of vegetable or something along those lines, just to make sure you are still having the healthier things.
He understands that he canât take your love and has to earn it.
And he also knows to embrace you, he loves you dearly and if you are happy? Heâs happier.
Small little thing that made me giggle:
He loves to randomly give you little fidget toys to the point that you have drawers full of them and you make him âfidget trade.â
And with much reluctance, he agrees. Lol
Jack:
Closely similar to Hanayama tbh
Although, he much less gentle with your outbursts.
Since he is not tending to you as much as Hanayama
He doesnât exactly âbabyâ you as I would put it.
Seeing that you have autism does not surprise him in a way that he already knew, he just didnât see you any different
And still consider to be his partner. And more so does tinier things. Such as making sure you understand things correctly since he does not want you to have the idea of being too independent and then spiral off.
Not really much to give Jack.
Retsu:
Heâs the ultimate solution, heâs literally da goat
I mean he doesnât have the money to simply buy you the things you need, all the time
But is perfect at helping you with mental health
Such as calming you down, keeping you sane while in public, maybe even make sure you donât fuss over your food
Heâs probably the only reason youâd be eating something outside of your comfort food.
Although still trying to make sure you do not become dependent on him since he knows you wonât always have him there with you.
Heâs also always trying to make you socialize or understand people in a way.
Sometimes making tests that you might notice:
Like sometimes when going out to a restaurant that you love to go to because of their version of your favorite food,
And instead of ordering for you when the waiter comes, he makes you order for yourself, simple things
The process may be slow but that doesnât mean itâs not working.
Oliver:
Well, from how he gets treated by Maria in the show,
He is used to being pushed away and/or knows how to handle it
And with autism, emotions can kind of spiral and either make you the most energetic person that wants attention from him, or simply isolate yourself.
Heâs also loves to show you off, something you wonât ever escape sadly
And with all his free time in jail, itâs you and him almost all the time and he will know when or what something might go wrong with you.
Heâs also great with compliments, making sure to compliment you whenever you do stuff that usually might upset you because it going into a sense you tend to avoid.
He just loves you dearly

Summary: Just to specify, reader as maternal instincts. Not that reader acts maternal all the time. Characters involved: Baki, Jack, Yujiro, Retsu, Hanayama, Katsumi.
Baki:
So everyone knows this dude has mommy AND daddy issues.
First getting into a relationship, he truly didnât know what to expect.
Although soon enough he caught on, how soft you were when taking care of him.
Cooking for him all the time, and simply checking up on him when you were never around. He found it to be sweet.
And also amusing when youâd insist to always be with him when he is out fighting in a tournament, hell, you had even tagged along with him to China when he had gotten sick.
But who wouldnât? You were worried for him, having already tried everything to help cure him, at that point you were desperate.
But to be honest Baki LOVES the care. Sometimes he might even hope he gets sick (not to the point he gets himself sick on purpose, but hoping it happens naturally.) Just so that youâd come to care for him since heâd be your center of attention.
Yujiro:
I really donât have much to say about YujiroâŠ
Why would you feel maternalâŠto that?
Heâd be amused, a different amused from Baki. Finding it funny.
Since Yujiro is MORE than capable of defending himself
Along with making sure he doesnât get himself.
And even if he might not ever admit it, he loves to see you get all pouty, scolding him for putting himself at risk for the 100+ time.
Jack:
Heâs not sure how to react at first when he first noticed the behavior.
It just truly depends.
At first he hated your maternal aspect, since youâd mostly scold him on how much he pushes himself at the gym to pull more weight and such
Or maybe stop taking his pillsâŠ
But when you eventually gave up and knew he wouldnât stop
Even if you knew what he was doing, youâd still visit him at the gym to make sure he drinking water and doing healthy amount of workouts
And now he actually likes having you around more since it just means that he keeps himself distracted, finally having home made healthy meals every day that arenât just a single protein bar for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Retsu:
So, hear me out here
In the earlier parts of the show, he would definitely have been the one to take care of you
Whether or not you were a fighter.
But throughout the show as he grew pride and began to run through risk, the roles switched
And he noticed quickly.
Like when he had lost his leg in the fight with Pickle, he was happy and worried to find you sleeping on one of the visitor chairs.
Or making sure he ate real food and not hospital food.
And he was happy to finally have been paid back for his actions.
Hanayama:
Having his mother pass away previously before, he saw her in you
And he couldnât hate the fact that you cared for him so tediously.
Scolding him for having ripped his white suit for the 100th time despite it not making a single scratch in his money
Unlike the others, this guy is a street fighter, so he never ever knows when heâll have to fight
So when he gets home, either he is dreading or hoping for your scolding on his idiotic behavior for having gotten himself in danger while you were not with him
Katsumi:
Throughout the show he gained a lot of character growth and development
Understanding that when you are with him, your maternal instincts come out whenever someoneâs begins to talk down on Katsumi
Thatâs when you force the other person into a debate, defending Katsumi the whole way
And even though you hate to see him fight and get hurt, you still support him the whole way!!!!!!!
Which is what makes your love so strong since he only truly needs you to be his only supporter in order to keep himself going.
Summary: I mean, itâs in the title, although itâs hcs of course. Characters included: Baki, Jack, Yujiro, Retsu, Hanayama.
Baki:
Not much to exactly say for Baki.
He doesnât find your obsession for perfection to be a threat. Yes sometime he can be mess or accidentally bump into things, but if you are soft with it then he fine with it
But if you are to the point of yelling at him each time he knocks something out of line, yeah, he gonna rage bait you
Only little things though, like one of your figurines being moved on its display, or maybe putting the food portions way off.
Just simply little things. Nothing that harms either of you since Baki will still love you
Jack:
I mean, heâs similar to Baki. Just cut out the rage bait part.
Although he is always too cooped up in the gym to have noticed until recently when he found you cleaning his gym equipment with precision.
Something that he noticed that was small, but eventually got annoyed about since he noticed you doing it ever single day, a deep clean every day?
Thatâs when he noticed the tiniest little details, the utensils carefully stacked together in the kitchen drawer, everything neatly organized in the cabinets.
Jack didnât honestly mind it, but he knew it somehow bothered you with every little bit being imperfect, knowing it kept you up at night
He never really knew what to do at start, simply holding you tighter to prevent you from getting up in the middle of the night to move one of your portraits since it was tilted.
But he soon got a hold of it and has been trying his best to at least keep you distracted enough to hopefully make you not go crazy.
Yujiro:
Oh god
You thought Baki was a bit of a rage baiter? WellâŠYujiro is his father.
Yujiro doesnât exactly make an effort to help you improve you behavior and enjoys having everything being done neatly for him
And he does get a giggle out when he rage baits, extremely might I add.
An example being that he would point out imperfect things whenever you had missed them, âYou served more rice than chicken but thatâs okay,â âHas that painting always been like that?â âWhatâs up with this pile of papers?â
Always using that snarky back-handed expression.
Retsu:
Itâs like a stand off.
Retsu never knew heâd ever meet a person who was just as much of a perfectionist as he is

Which he found to be quite impressive, but of course, he didnât exactly come to your face telling you to stop
Simply helping you with the smaller details that you missed that would come back to bite you in the butt
Along with making sure to force you to have mental health days so you donât stress yourself
It always makes him giggle to see you relaxing on a mental health day, your eyes darting around the room as you tried to think about other things.
Hanayama:
He was a little confused at first since he already had a butler and maid to take care of these things.
But he never truly tried to âfix youâ but simply embraced it
Like some days heâd even come to you wearing his 50th new suit, asking if you can fix his tie, and while you were at it, heâd watch you fix some other imperfections
He couldnât lie that he actually eventually came to enjoy it

You were considered to be a âmistakeâ by Yujiro because you came out as a female, someone he considered to not be capable of his gene.
So you were on the same train as Jack and Baki and hated Yujiro for his absence
But still cared for them
As their sister, you moved from (h/c) when you were old enough, not only to start a new life but to also care for your brothers
Hearing about Jackâs abuse of pills, she instinctively went to Japan to visit him, to try and talk him out of doing so
While also paying a visit to Baki, hearing about his school life (and love life)
So eventually you moved over there
You didnât live with either, but you still hung out with them like you did live with them
With Jack, you eventually stopped begging him to stop taking pills and simply payed him visits to the gym
Which made her switch roles, from being a great listener when with Baki, to a talker when with Jack.
He basically knew everything going on in your life, especially paying attention when you would give him a small gift which would be a handmade protein shake or protein bar.
Instinctively, since you were basically all sunshineâs and rainbows, Baki and Jack were worried and protective of you
Especially since you cared for them both in ways they never received from Yujiro or others
When it came to the moment in which you finally revealed, and realized your physical strength, it was during a fight with Yujiro.
It was supposed to be a nice family dinner that you had prepared that was only supposed to include Baki, Jack, and you.
But of course, Yujiro ruined all the fun
Storming in and beginning to speak down on the fact that he found it weak to be eating like a family instead of training.
Kicking over the table, spilling it all over the three.
Before Baki or Jack could interrupt to separate you and Yujiro, you had teased Yujiro.

When he rose his head, a look of suspicion, confusion, and pride. Almost like he was proud, for once.
Everyone was shocked, including you, because nobody thought of you to be capable of doing such a thing.
Obviously after that day, you did flex it off to Bakk and Jack, but didnât want to hurt their feelings knowing they havenât reached that level.
And all of a sudden, Yujiro is proud? Which was confusing since he was the one punched.
Jack is hurt, since he has always wanted to be the one to injure Yujiro especially for what he has done.
But he didnât all of a sudden hate you, he still cared for you you, but was still quite mad
Although he forgot a while later and just went a little harder into his training

He was proud and impressed
He had even asked you to teach him your ways in a joking way
But now, because you have confirmed to be stronger, he just leaves small jobs like opening cans, picking up the couch to clean, to you!
Since now he knows you can easily do it

This is my bias to be honest, so be warned if I larp
Anyways, Retsu is one of the best husbands
He treats with care and respect
Sometimes you have to remind him you arenât fragile with how he acts
He is almost always compromising to make you happy
Seeing you happy is one of his top goals
I mean, what doesnât he do for you?
Yes, the both of you pull your weight around the house, like doing the dishes, chores, errands, etc.
But itâs the little things he likes to do.
An examples being; making you a tea when you had a bad day, making sure you take care of yourself properly if you are having a hard time with mental health issues, and even preparing you lunch before you head out for the day
He doesnât expect anything in return, of course, but he appreciates it when you do, in anyway, physically, verbally, gifts, anything is fine.
While, the pregnancy was definitely shocking
Retsu had made sure to do everything right, pull out, the condom was on correctly, etc.
He is a perfectionist, how could he fail like that?
But that doesnât mean he doesnât want the baby, or considers it to be a mistake.
When you found out, it was more of a realization and time to look at both of your financial situations. Were you both ready to handle a baby? Yes.
Emotionally and financially
When it came to you becoming pregnant, he will always be by your side
If you are a fighter, no more training for you! Only stretching, but that is still limited.
If not, he expects you to stay home, and if you do need to leave, he will accompany you, because now, he does see you as fragile
He still saw you to be capable to do many things, but he never wanted to risk you lifting something heavy or eat something that is bad for the baby.
So to be honest, he was exhausted, and was always happy when you would take some time to return the favor to take care of him. Like making him tea, dinner, doing small loads of laundry, etc.
âYou shouldnât be out of bed, the doctor said-â There goes his ranting. Another scold, with that same folding arms against his chest. Waiting for his lover to turn to him.
Only to be met with that same soft chuckle, the one he always received when his wife thought of him to be overthinking a situation. Her hand on her back, bending to make her standing position with her round belly. Standing in front of the stove as she turned it on. Even though is heavily extroverted, he knows when to fix himself
He knows when to listen to you, your the last person he wants to upset.
From what I think, he would be big on physical affection.
So most of the time you spend with him is hugging, cuddling, etc.
He knows the basics when it comes to cooking and cleaning, but it trying his best to learn!
Especially when he had found out you were pregnant.
He might have been enjoying himself too much that he might have not noticed that he did a step wrong.
He thought of himself to be ready for a child
On top of that, Doppo and Natsue would give the both of you tons of parenting advice.
They were probably the people he called the most when he was taking care of you.
He did give all his effort in.
And donât get me wrong, he thinks of you to be independent to do anything you want, but from what his mother has told him, he has to do all the hard work now.

But has learned to better himself, so he focuses on treating you correctly and being what is considered a good husband
Communication is key with him, if he does something that feels weird that was a norm back in his time, just tell him!
Even if itâs the little things, he is truly focused on making the relationship last
He does expect you to do many chores and make dinner and stuff like that, but he doesnât have a job,
You do though.
So whenever you are at home with him, he is always asking you to teach him how to cook his favorite meals, clean, errands, just so he doesnât feel guilty about staying home and not helping out in anyway.
Now, to the pregnancy, I donât think he would be willing to put on condoms
So most likely, you probably messed up with taking your certain birth control and you got pregnant.
He didnât like the idea of abortion when you had explained your options. So you stayed pregnant.
Which meant you had to take a time off of work to stay home
Which meant Musashi was with you 24/7. He doesnât have work, so he took this as his ultimate test on how well he is at cooking, cleaning and etc. Knowing he would have to take over.
He also hopes the gender of the baby to be the boy, but wonât care if it is a girl
âHmâŠit is 6:00pm, would you like me to begin dinner, love?â Musashi asked, glancing over at an analog clock that hanged on the top of the living room doorway.
âNo need, I can cook dinner if youâd like, youâve been doing so much for me-â Y/n offered, a small reassuring smile appearing on her face as she used his shoulder to support herself onto her legs. Getting up from her comfortable spot on the couch.
But she yelped, being softly pulled back into her sitting position onto the couch. As Musashi instead stood up. âI do not need you to make me dinner, since Iâm assuming you do not have anything in mind that you want for dinner, I shall surprise you with something.â

âSo? Come on! The baby is already expensive, plus, itâs nothing compared to the crib we got the baby. Along with strollers. And-â

A big factor about this dude is that he wonât end up like his father
He will stay by you no matter what.
And make sure to support you in any circumstance.
He loves you unconditionally, expressing it verbally and physically.
So when he got you pregnant, it was just a simple problem in the condom that he was fine with.
So his protectiveness skyrocketed.
The only problem is that, since you are pregnant, he is similar to Retsu, he doesnât want to risk you thinking of yourself to be independent and do something you arenât supposed to
So he ended up moving in some gym supplies into the house and began to work out in the house whenever he could.
He would try to cook but would only be able to cook basic meals that took minimal effort

Y/n was in the kitchen, the blender blaring through the house as she mixed the ingredients to make a protein shake for Jack. Who was in the big living room, watching TV as he did bicep curls with his huge barbells.
Heavily focused on everything but the TV. His attention switching to his lover as she entered the room with his protein shake. His instinct was to drop his barbell, it wasnât the gym so it was okay to drop his weights.

Realistically the dude has no standards when it comes to deciding specifically on looks
Which is my way of saying that he doesnât have a type
He prefers emotional connections
But that doesnât mean he pushes your body aside, no, he loves your body.

Summary: just normal headcanons, characters included are Jack, Musashi, Yujiro, and Kaoru. Mostly because I actually do have ideas for them, I would have included more but I fear it would be the same for each one.
(Iâm going off the order I listed above.)
Jack:
I think the dude loves it when you cosplay
He of course doesnât mind
But you only cosplay for him, thatâs his only limit.
You can dress as any revealing character as youâd like! But you just canât go outside-
That is because partially he is jealous, and he is aware of the many creeps.
The last thing he wants is his girl getting touched inappropriately by some random guy because she decided to wear a one piece jumpsuit that barely covered her butt.
If you do somehow convince him to to allow you to go out to a con in some type of revealing outfit, he has to come.
Thatâs not an argument, he will be accompanying you.
Which is not all that bad since he doesnât have to do much to scare off the creeps.
Other than that, he likes that you cosplay and might even suggest some ideas
But personally I donât think he would put on a cosplay himself, even if he did, it would be hard to find his size in anything.
Musashi:
Everything about the world was already confusing the Musashi.
He almost didnât recognize you when you first left your room after an hour of not leaving!
The heavy makeup, unique clothes, shoes, nothing that reassured him with recognition.
He almost gained a stance.
But he softened when you finally spoke to reassure him
So that was another lesson that you had to teach him
That he probably still doesnât understand
Especially since he most likely doesnât know any of the characters you would cosplay
But if he ever felt left out he always stayed only a few minutes watching in interest before leaving to go do other things.
It was just something that piqued his curiosity but he wouldnât have worries or any questions if you answered them already.
Yujiro:
I think he does like cosplaying, more in a sense of it turning him on
He would most definitely try to convince you to cosplay hot characters
Along with roleplaying as though characters
You can imagine what happens next-
If you donât, he doesnât care, heâs he would be a little saddened, but he would eventually get over it.
I really donât have much for this guy
Kaoru:
He would love to see you cosplay
Yes he would only watch in silence and not really speak on it
But he loves to see you do what you love
Of course though he would be protective of you, think of what I said about Jack

Musashi lived in a very early time period.
He was used to men in clothes that showed masculinity, hair that was styled to intimidate
Women dressed to be as cute as a doll, drowned in heavy makeup, and clothes that could blind you with how much color they had.
So when he had first seen you he was so ungodly confused
Of course though, when he first met you, he didnât just straight up ask what your actual gender was, because that would be rude
He did try to actually ask others for help on identifying your gender to not seem rude but all he received was a laugh.
His question only ever came up a while after you two began dating.
Almost like he forgot it and he just now remembered it.
He brought it up like a casual thing about how he only found out about your gender after you guys started dating.
So that was when you had decided to sit him down and explain it to him.
Of course he did have a lot of questions, understanding the time he came from,
But the idea was clear to him and he took some time to understand it completely.
A good thing is that he never exactly changed, he didnât love you differently in anyway after realizing

Took me a second to think of something for Jack
But the dude is not always the talkative one and is usually left with his thoughts
Like imagine you two could just be on the couch, cuddling, the TV on, and Jack, even though his head was focused on the TV it was obvious he was staring at you
With a look in his eyes that made it easy to tell he was thinking something
So you asked about it and all he did was brush it off
I donât think he would care enough to even ask and will find out when you are ready
Kaoru:
I feel like he would care but not care at the same time
He does have a reputation when it comes to his little gang
But even if his enemies or his gang found a problem with you being androgynous he would genuinely slime them out
He would also be the main person to fund your style, new haircut, donât worry, heâll pay for it. Clothes? Paid. Shoes? Paid.
He just wants you to embrace it since he does actually like this one special trait of you
Knowing that you have so much more to you than your looks.

Summary: You and Thorin are the last people awake and you take this as an opportunity to talk with Thorin.
The whole company was asleep. Except for two people, Thorin and Y/n. That was the only reason the fire was still going. Both of them sat at opposite ends of the cave. Thorin was sat up, leaning against the cave as he examined his sword. It was his turn for night watch duty. Which he volunteered forâŠit didnât even seem he was tired.
While Y/n was on the other side of the cave, laying down unlike Thorin. Her eyes wide open, thinking deeply. She canât lie and say that she didnât like being in one of her favorite movies, but it was so hard to sleep with the constant snoring, the blazing fire, and the make-shift bed. If she could even call it a bed. It more like a sleeping bag, just thinner.
So she finally had enough and tiredly sat up in the bed. Her exhausted eyes meeting Thorinâs blue eyes.
âWhy are you still awake? We have a long road ahead of us.â Thorin sternly spoke. Making eye contact with Y/n as she stretched.
âI could ask you the same thingâŠâ Y/n responded, yawning as she leaned herself against the wall.
âIs something troubling you, Y/n?â Thorin asked, noticing Y/n usual expressions faded away and replaced with exhaustion. With black circles under her eyes. âI can tell something is weighing you down.â Thorin added.
âCan you reallyâŠ?â Y/n teased, chuckling softly to herself. Her eyebrows furrowing as Thorin got up from his spot from the opposite side of the cave to sit beside her.
âIs it because you are tired or would you like to talk? I am always to listen, even if your voice has already tired me out.â Thorin added, sliding his sword back into its sheathe. Taking a deep breath. He had to admit that seeing Y/n so tired and quiet was new to him. She was just like his two nephews, loud, bubbly, funny.
ButâŠher sudden seriousness is new and almost sad for Thorin to see. Especially for how long he has gotten to know her. She was much different than the women he met before, it wasnât because she came from a different world, literally, but she was so unique in his eyes.
She was intriguing to Thorin. As Thorin got to know Y/n, he was surprised to find out that she even has any problems, in his eyes, she wasâŠalmostâŠperfect. But of course he would never say that to her faceâŠNor that he could even do thatâŠHer features made it almost impossible to look away.
Thorin quickly pushed those thoughts away and watched the fire as it blazed and withered around each second.
âI kind of miss my life back homeâŠI never thought I would be the one to say this, but I kind of miss my bed and the food and even my pet.â Y/n explained, chuckling quietly to herself.
âI understand how it feels to be homesickâŠI have felt it so many times I lost count.â Thorin commented.
âTruly, I am on this adventure to find a way out, once I find it, Iâll be goneâŠno offense.â Y/n added.
That kind of stung for Thorin. He didnât know why but it was truly her decision. Thorin doesnât exactly have a reason to keep her here.
âHmâŠthat would hurt the rest of the company. Especially my nephews, Fili and Kili, they have grown quite fond of you.â Thorin nodded, closing his eyes and taking a deep breath after, relaxing himself.
âHave they? I am surprised by how much they are your opposite considering that you are their uncle.â Y/n giggled. âThey take more of your looks than personality. I wouldnât have guessed you were related to them if they hadnât told me.â
âHonestly, I would have guessed they were your sonsâŠâ Y/n added. âDo you have sons Thorin?â Y/n suddenly asked out of pure curiosity, her head turning to looked at Thorin.
That question caught Thorin off guard. He didnât even have children, not even a lover. He never exactly thought of it like that. In which he shrugged in response.
âI donât have children.â Thorin answered sternly.
âYou donât??? InterestingâŠâ Y/n nodded.
âWhy don't you head back to sleep? I will continue my night watch.â
âI will try.â
Y/n gave Thorin one last smile before laying back down on the thin sleeping bag. Trying to make do with what she had. Even if it took her a while to actually fall asleep.

The next morning, she actually slept, but she didnât sleep well, her back hurt a lot. So now she was awake and still tired. Finding herself blinding from the light and the sound of everyone talking and packing their things. WaitâŠwhy was she the last one to wake up? Why did nobody wake her up as early as they usually did.
So she got up in a panic, confused to find Thorinâs jacket resting over her shoulders.
Had Thorin been the one to let her sleep in? That made Y/n smile, that was thoughtfulâŠ.
