Mixed emotions. Thatâs exacly how you were feeling right now. Nervousness could be seen in your eyes, excitement in the way you talk and happiness in your smiles. The first gift you received from your parents was a white rabbit plushie. You were really attached to it. You would do everything with your little friend: play at having tea parties, telling stories before going to bed. From 0 to 16, you spent everyday with your plushie. It was a great listener and you loved to talk to it because you knew that your soulmate was also talking to his and that, in a ceratin way, you were communicating with each other. Everynight, you write your toughts in your journal and you never miss one day.
Eventually, the day finally came. You jumped out your bed and quickly got ready. You took a cereal bar for your breakfast and went outside. It was 9AM when you saw a second piece of information appearing on your plushie. âEleven oâclockâ. You knew that youâre meeting your soulmate in an hour but where? Only a few seconds later another sentence appeared below the previous one âLotte Worldâ. This was your favorite amusement park and you used to go there often because it is close to your house. You didnât lose any time and ran to the bus stop. The bus was crowded. Since itâs the winter break right now, all the couples enjoy to spend time together and whatâs best than an amusement park date? Hopefully, you were able to find a little space to sit in the bus for your ride.
It doesnât take long to arrive at Lotte World. When the bus stops, everyone became aggitated and you couldnât go off. You waited in the bus until everybody went off to finally stand up and leave the bus. This is the best way if you donât want to be pushed and lose something. As you were waiting, something got your attention. A guy, a random guy since you only saw his back, was holding something familiar. You could have sworn. The plushie he was holding was EXACTLY the same as yours. It was your chance, this boy was surely your soulmate. You stood up and try to sneak between the bodies surrounding this guy but he was already too far from you and everyone didnât let you pass, thinking you wanted to go before them. You sighed because youâve just lost the love of your life. Letâs think positively, you thought. You were determined to find your soulmate again even though you have to search through the whole park.
After buying your ticket, you eventually arrived in the actual park. Your eyes widen because of its beauty. Memories of you on the carousel were coming back to your mind. You began to walk and admire all these colourful lights on the rides. You took a look at the back of your plushie to see if a new hint appready but there was nothing. You were clueless because you didnât know how to find your soulmate in this huge park. A moment later, a fourth sentence apperead.

Thatâs all the information you got. Arrived at the ice-cream stand your hopes went down. There were so many people that you couldnât even see the actual stand. Exhausted by all the movements you went sit on a bench to think about the information you got and the meaning behind it. At this moment, another word appeared. âXanthosâ which was the Ancient Greek word for âyellowâ, based on your research. You quickly understood that your soulmate is wearing yellow clothes. You were still making some research when you felt a tap on your shoulder.
âHi. Is this plushie yours?â a boy asked. âYeah but why would you as-â you stopped talking and looked at your watch, it was exactly 11 oâclock and everything was making sense. That boy was wearing an yellow hoodie and he was really cute actually. The boy was laughing and couldnât hide his smile âSo yeah Iâm Felix and Iâm your soulmate?â he was so embarassed. âYouâre (y/n) right?â he said while sitting on the bench next to you. âYes but how do you know my name?â you asked while raising an eyebrow. âLook at every first letter of every first sentence.â

âSmart~~~â you told him, eyes widen meanwhile Felix was scratching the back of his nect out of embarrasement. âTo make us soulmates, we have to promiseâ he said after a long silent and offered you his pinky finger âDo you want to be the love of my lifeâ he told you seriously but it was hard to contain his laugher. âEwww youâre so cringyâ you laughed. Felixâs gaze went from your eyes to the floor. He looks disappointed. âI love itâ you added and placed your pinky finger next to his. Eventually, you made a pinky promise, both of you with a smile that would be able to melt all the ice-creams of the stand.
