I bought Dr. Robby's green fleece (it's a Patagonia Better Sweater in the colour Torrey Pine Green), which arrived in the post today. The fleece is great, but this post isn't about that. This post is about how a flyer fell out from the folds of the fleece which, upon closer inspection, I discovered to be an advertisement for an anti-suicide charity. Hilarious stuff.
It was tradition for the 141 to watch the World Cup when England is playing. They don’t even really care about football, they just wanted something to watch while they relaxed and football seemed to by the only thing to that seemed appealing.
Of course, Soap wasn’t going to stand for England, no, no, no, that wouldn’t do, he’ll support the other team.
So when England vs Argentina match came around, you bet he was provoking the others.
“England’s gonna eat shit,” Johnny said, taking a sip of his drink as he settled into the couch.
“Yeah sure they will,” Kyle replied, silly enough to respond to the taunt.
“Argentina’s got Messi.”
“England has Jude Bellingham and did you not see the way he scored those goals against Norway?” Kyle said, his body turning over to Johnny who was getting too comfortable. “Remind me, who won that match again?” A smug look appeared on his face.
Johnny rolled his eyes, groaning at the memory of Kyle and Simon, who didn’t even care about football, laugh in his face. “That’s actually a very sensitive topic for me.”

“That match was so rigged!” Kyle complained, annoyance on his face, a huff on his face while Johnny went over to the fridge to get a celebratory drink.
Johnny couldn’t help but laugh, he took a gulp, a happy sigh escaped his lips as he swallowed. “This has just made my month!” He smiled widely.
Simon grumbled, he looked over at Price who just shook his head. “Just let him have this,” Price sighed.
Wrote this on a whim lol, i watched the Norway vs England match bc of Haaland and Bellingham and then the England vs Argentina match bc Bellingham
'And I could take another hit for you' But it's Coltland Gentry with their father, trying to defend their siblings.
'And I could take away your trips from you' But it's Court teaching his brothers how to ride a bike, teaching Colt how to do a flip, and holding Ryland's hand on uneven ground because of how clumsy he is.
'And I could take away the salt from your eyes' But it's Court comforting his siblings. It's him telling Colt that he doesn't have to be strong for Ry, that he'll be okay. It's him holding his siblings through the night. It's him sitting at their door.
'And take away what's been assaulting you' But it's Court killing their father
And I could give you my apologies,' But it's Court knowing that even though it was his only option, he's traumatized his siblings forever, and ruined their lives.
'By handing over the olive trees' but is Court giving them his hand me downs as christmas presents
'And I could take away the shaking knees' But its Court trying to pretend like he could protect his brothers
'And I could give you all the olive trees' But it's Court wanting to give his brothers the world
'Oh look at the trees and look at my face' But it's Court talking Ryland through an anxiety attack, or talking to a panicking Colt as he stands over his fathers body.
'And look at a place far away from here' But it's Colt and Ryland looking away from their past, while Court looks towards them like the sun in his sky.
Every time I rewatch the fall guy I am just proven that making coltland twins canon would just make sense. Please Ryan gosling, please.
Because Colt is definitely talking to the imaginary Ryland in his head before he jumps in-front of that car. And why the hell is this man yelling at Ryder about glucose if it wasn’t because Ryland pestered him about it when he first got into stunts and wasn’t eating enough carbs.

Anyways, imagine Grace and Ryder used to date while Grace was still in grad school.
Their first interaction is Ryder mistaking him for Colt and treating him like shit while also going 'btw how did u change out of ur costume so fast??' But not actually giving Grace the time to answer and explain that he is not Colt
He, very soon after, runs into the real Colt who explains that he brought his twin on set today and suddenly things make a lot more sense
I lovingly call academia Grace 'crashout Grace', so at this point in time, he's REALLY not into Ryder's bullshit, and eventually has a whole argument with him in front of EVERYBODY. Colt (begrudgingly) pulls Grace aside before an actual fight breaks out, and Ryder tells everyone to keep it moving and gets pissy when someone calls attention to the confrontation.
Little do they know, he has never been more turned on IN HIS LIFE
So now Ryder's actively pursuing Grace bc 1. He needs dat and 2. It pisses Colt off to no end
Eventually, Grace does warm up to Ryder, but he's so blatantly not attracted to him for like the first year of them knowing each other. Grace only starts to fall once Ryder becomes a bit more vulnerable with him. He's still a dick, don't get me wrong, but he reveals more about himself to Grace than he probably has to anyone, bar maybe Gail
They date for about a year before Ryder royally fucks it up somehow and Grace breaks up with him

Ryder never really gets over Grace, but he'll tell you that he did
Anyways, fast forward a few years and Grace is back on set again cause they're filming closer to him. This is the point in time where he's been kicked out of academia and became a middle school teacher instead.
He runs into Ryder and they have their first conversation in years and it is soooo awkward, especially cause Ryder's pretending to not gaf while very much gaffing. It goes about as well as it can until a super buff dude with long hair and one arm wraps said arm around Grace's waist. Ryder obviously asks 'who tf is this??' And when Grace is like 'oh! Um, this is Simon! My uh- my boyfriend-' Ryder turns on his heel and leaves SEETHING.
He wants to crashout so bad but he waits until he gets to his trailer or hotel room or whatever to do so. He then cries about it to Gail over the phone

I’ve been quoting vines recently so I think Ryland would 100% respond in memes and vines because I am him and he is me.
I can see Ryland and Colt getting fast food for dinner because none of them wanna cook so they’re sitting in the car, just discussing where to go. Then Colt is like “have you ever had Del Taco?” And then immediately Ryland is like “do they have fr e sh voca do?” And starts pissing himself laughing.
Courtland is talking about how his new roommate at his apartment is annoying him and not doing chores, he’s sighing and rolling his eyes and everything yet Ryland goes “oh my god they were roommates” and Courtland is staring at him with a blank face.
When Colt learned how to do a back flip and once he was confident and had done it a good few times for a movie, Ryland is like “wait can we recreate that one vine??” And it takes zero effort for Colt to agree.
Being an older brother, Courtland always scares the twins by hiding around the corner and everytime without fail Ryland always responds with “Stop, I could have dropped my croissant!” And maybe one time Ryland actually was holding a croissant and he DID drop his croissant.
Colt and Courtland were maybe arguing about something and it got so heated that it could have been boarding on physical, but they were both quickly snapped out of it by Ryland saying “can I get a waffle? Can I please get a waffle??” And then it made them all hungry for waffles and they didn’t even know what they were arguing about anymore.
I think it would be funny if Ryland brought his shenanigans into the classroom. He’s having his students grade their own work and when he asks a student for their answer on number 12, he quietly says under his breath “I got Abraham Lincoln..for some reason.”
Coltland gentry AU where Grace is chatting with Carl and casually mentions he has a brother who's a government agent too, and Carl is like oh what department and Grace, absorbed in his work while talking and not paying attention and totally forgetting you know, the SECRET, just blurts out "Oh he's a Sierra, he's Six."
And Carl's jaw just drops and is suddenly very aware of the gun in his own pocket and starts glancing around like a nervous jumpy cat like Six is gonna jump out of the walls at him at any moment because if Six finds out what his brother is involved with and...what that might mean if things go wrong...holy shit!
And that's exactly what happens, Grace gets sent to space against his will and there's a damn firing match through the halls Carl trying to protect Stratt and get her to safety as Grace's big brother comes charging through the complex and bursts into Stratts office, and Carl is in front of her pointing his gun at a bloody and very pissed off Courtland who is pointing his own gun right back at him and breathing heavily,
"Where the fuck is Ryland??!!"
(Colt is outside causing general chaos and jumping in front of cars to stop backup getting closer to the building)
