Trigun: Does Vash love Meryl?

There’s a lot of evidence to say the reverse is true, that Meryl harbors romantic feelings towards Vash, but I see a lot of debate regarding Vash’s feelings towards Meryl. I’ve combed through the series in both subbed and dubbed versions to support my theory that, yes, he has romantic feelings towards our dear insurance agent by series’ end. Now, I’m not saying he’s going to drop to one knee and propose, or anything, but there are signs that it’s there.

I’m not delving into the manga, here, just the anime, so bear with me. Also, this is going to spoil everything and be really extensive (anyone who’s read one of my Sherlolly reviews knows this to be true). So, you’ve been warned.

Pokemon wiwa might just revive the franchise for me. Legends Arceus came close, but then scarvi tanked my interest after my first playthrough (I like to replay pokemon, but I just could not with that one) and I had zero interest in Legends ZA.

This turned out longer than I meant it to, so my thoughts are going under the cut

But I'm finally impressed with the trailer footage we got the other day. Look at Pikachu's fighting stance! It looks full of life, like it's really ready for battle now!

The world looks fantastic too. So alive, and beautiful! I'm not even talking about the wild pokemon. The environments have so much more to them than anything in scarvi.

I love the starters too. All of them. Right now I'm leaning towards pombon, but if geckqua promises not to be another ninja (or anything along the lines of martial arts) I might go with her.

Idk. I don't like her cry tho. Sploochy sounds gross me out so much (ASMR is my worst enemy lol). But if she were to become say a water dragon I'd definitely choose her!

That said, we'll most definitely be getting some kind of long dragon in the form of a legendary, judging by that suspicious cloud.

I'm going to remain positive while at the same time trying not to get my hopes up. It's possible pokemon and I have just grown apart, considering I haven't even been able to enjoy highly rated fan games lately, but it would be cool if Winds and Waves undoes that.
