idc how old i get or what life throws at me, found family will always be my favorite trope
marvel, don’t be cowards, give us what if the avengers lived together in peace and are a found family together episode.
“fuck you my child is completely fine”
your child cries when they see a found family trope
you know that feeling when you’re watching a show or movie and there’s a scene where the found family is just having the best time celebrating something and it slow motion pans out while music plays in the backround and you’re just filled with this feeling of immense joy but also deep desire for that kind of happiness and friendship?
no, just me? okay.
“My child is fine!”
Your child fantasizes themselves being a part of closely-knit, quirky groups of fictional people in the found family trope to feel something
sorry tumblr for all the angsty posts i post:)
realising how much of a failure i'm gonna be for the rest of your life and all i speak is just nonsense and nonsense and nonsense ahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaahha
failing at life
it sucks so bad
living a life where you need to find occasions so that you feel like you deserve some food finally
harry: can't believe i have to wake up every day and be a person
sirius: get on my level, kid
daughters: *try to exist*
abusive moms: now that effing thing there is a literal threat to my existence need to kill on sight
Why do people deem people with chronic illnesses or sick people as unfit for survival? Where as they're fighting more battles everyday against their own complications than others and yet get all the shit. People need to be more kind to sick people. I don't want your sympathy. Just let me try and breathe while you do it so easily by default.

i think a lot about how it is such a common experience to withstand our deepest pains and sorrows on our own and never even shed a tear, then, the moment someone offers us comfort, we break down completely
sometimes being offered tenderness feels like the very proof that you've been ruined

it surprises me, how a gesture so small can feel so very big. how sometimes you don't realize the nervousness or sadness you were holding deep inside until the touch of someone you love lets it all out of you, like your entire body is exhaling

“Potter’s Asthma Cigarettes - For the relief of Asthma Attacks and other Spasmatic affections of the repiratory tract.” Asthma cigarettes didn’t contain tobacco, but crushed and dried herbs from the nightshade family of plants called solanaceae. Indian Hemp and Cannabis are similar herbs that were also included in some brands. These herbs typically contained an alkaloid called Atropine that causes mild bronchodilation, making breathing easier. The demand for these special cigarettes remained strong until the inhaler was introduced as an alternative.
I’ve never seen anyone point out how shitty the media portrayel of asthmatics is. We are a running joke of weakness and being super lame. Seeing a hot girl doesn’t trigger attacks. Needing a rescue inhaler throughout the day isn’t funny, it’s a sign of uncontrolled disease. This has a direct link to increased death AND death rates from asthma attacks are higher among black and hispanic children! This is life or death for so many children and my whole life I’ve just been taunted for being a dweeb carrying an inhaler around.
