Moving out on your own can be quite daunting. Much like the saying you used - taking on something that seems like a huge challenge. But I have a feeling youāll land on your feet like we all do.Ā
My random facts tend to be geared towards music. I like learning new things though, obviously. Yes, the crocodile guy was from Australia, youāre right. Mystery Loves Company is the bookstore and I highly recommend it. Thatās the way to get to know any city - by foot. Most students hate working in groups, I know I did. Like you said, I got more done without others, but in the end, in a work situation, weāre all going to have to learn ways of communicating and working side by side with others.Ā
Oh I agree, it is a beautiful language. Itās solid and pure sounding, you know? Iād love to be able to communicate with you in your first language too, Iāll let you know when Iām able to order a drink or form an actual understandable sentence for sure.Ā
I know a lot of people who donāt like the taste of coffee but do love the smell. And itās nice that you have something like that to connect to the person you lost. The funny thing about memories too is that they can become corrupted over time. We begin to remember a situation a little differently. Or lose a part of it like someoneās voice for instance. Which is why itās important to hold on to little clues like the coffee you mentioned.Ā
It can be sad, yes. Thatās why itās helpful to write things down too. But thatās probably the anthropology professor speaking.Ā
