Just a side blog dedicated to Cookie run! I post art and rambles however I see fit! Also I'm an adult! I don't plan on posting explicit things but suggestive content isn't off the table, so just keep that in mind.

The cookies have become too powerful so a sideblog was in order. My main and where I follow from is @eclipsed-jester. You may also see me interacting from my reblog blog, @jesters-reblogs.

I won't interact with negativity, if you can't be kind and/or at least respectful then I simply won't bother with you. Im also less likely to interact with people who are overly critical of the series, since it’s a source of comfort to me. Sometimes it’s fine but I’m not one to interact with any of it. This especially goes for Shadow Milk, he IS my favorite and a heavy comfort character, so I stay out of most hateful and overly critical content focused on him, no hate to anyone who does that! It is simply not for me :)

Art Requests are closed at the moment! A bit too busy with Art Fight prep and personal projects to be able to do them!

Also I don’t permit reposts, don’t care if you give credit or not I'm just comfortable with it. I also don’t permit to ANY of my creative content used in any sort of AI training or AI at all.

As I expand this blog more I'll start adding more to this post for organization! There's not a lot I need to add right now :)

Why does Viridescent call FoK 'Firefly'?

It's just Viri's affectionate nickname for him, but the name itself actually came from the fact that Fount's hair often gets brighter when he's feeling strong emotions, and Viri was reminded of fireflies.

It accidentally gets triggered from time to time, unfortunately Lucid's little bug noises are a big thing that can make her drop, especially because she views him as someone she really trusts, so even more effective Lucid feels SO guilty about it but it’s okay, Strawberry really doesn’t mind

When she drops it might take a while for her to move around a lot again, but it's okay <3 She has a good group who will help her out until she can get back to normal

How come Wizard Cookie is a moth in your moonflower AU? Can you tell us more about that? And maybe about the starter trio? Please and thank you!

The most straightforward answer I can give is Wizard Cookie is one of my all time favorite cookies(top 3 for sure) and I like moths lmao

But! Slightly more specific answer is I thought it'd be kind of interesting for Lucid to interact with a witch-made faerie, which is what Wizard is. Also thought it'd be interesting to have a faerie who didn't know how to fly(he's trying to learn, he just stresses himself out unfortunately)

Also brave trio!! I love them so much... As you noticed Wizard Cookie is a Moth, but Strawberry Cookie is also not just a basic cookie like normal! She's a fawn satyr! (satyress?? I'm not sure what to call her I kept getting different results when looking it up, I'm just calling her a satyr for now) Gingerbrave is Gingerbrave :]

I don't really have any proper images or references of them right now, but I do have some rushed and very simple sprite edits from not too long ago might change some things about them, might not, but I like how they look for the time being <3

They're majority the same as their canon counterparts, not much changes outside of when they get to Beast-Yeast and when meeting Lucid Nightmare and finding his kingdom. They're the entire reason Lucid even goes to BY honestly! They say they're going there and he gets- very worried because they're kids and he got very attached to them during their visit(he does regular checks ins <3), and since he can't really stop them he follows after them, which really kicks off the post corruption story.

I do not have them as fleshed out as I wish I did!!!! But I'm working on it!!!!! Just know they're silly and sweet and mean a lot to Lucid in the story

You’ve said past and future a couple times pertaining to the Virifount au, are there like- specific things or characters that go w that or…? sorry a little confused 😔 not great w timeline stuff I fear

I put together a simple graph that'll hopefully make it a bit easier to understand haha apologies for any confusion!! please don't take the sprites too seriously haha

when I'm talking about the past I'm talking about the Pre Corruption time, when the virtues were still around(roughly a few years, maybe a decade??, before full corruption). And of course the opposite goes for the present being post corruption, up to where about the canon kingdom storyline starts. (These two time periods happen centuries apart, just like with canon)

The main things I'll reference outside of that are things that take place in the middle of the time periods, like the ancients meeting and gaining their soul jams and a few other details(Crepe and the Raisin Cookies meeting Lucid, pre-sealing the beasts when officially corrupted, etc) But for the most part I'll be referring to the main two time periods

Hopefully that clears some things up? If not please feel free to ask for clarification!!

Say hello to what might be the worst thing I've ever created

A chart compiling as many Shadowvanilla/Pureshadow pairing variations as I could resulting in around 336 variations. No I do not know why I subjected myself to this hell but I know I'm stubborn enough to finish it and that I did.

Some notes that I did include in the image but wanted to say them again in a more explained way.

Avatar of Destiny and Two-Faced Lies are included solely for fun. They aren't a Pure Vanilla or Shadow Milk(at least as far as we're aware with TFL) but I wanted to include them because of popular fanon content and just for fun.

Used the Bug Beast Smilk concept art instead of the new trailer shot just because they were too dark to include on the chart without it looking muddled.

I made the decision to not include certain concept art for either looking too similar to already existing concept art or already existing designs. I thought it'd make the chart way too big and overwhelming. I also decided not to include one off promotional art work costumes(like the christmas outfits, SM's camping outfit, papa john's collab outfit, etc) for the same reason.

I did initially have another version of this that wasn't even half the size of this, but then we got more variations and more concept arts and I wanted to start including those. If we get more or if I'm reminded of specific versions that I think are reasonable to include I'd like to expand this, but that depends on if I want to fight the sheer size of the file haha

I'm unsure if I should be proud that I made this or terrified honestly. This was not how I expected me having my first otp going lmao.

Edit: So fun fact this file is literally so big my computer crashes when I try opening it LMAO. So any future updates will have to be done a little differently, probably is groups or something depending on if we get more variants.

Just curious, is Viridescent's real name Pastel Vanilla? Or the other way around? Is there a reason he goes by two names...?

Viri's real name is Pastel Vanilla, yes! I pulled a lot from the typically fae lore and shifted it around some, this is part of that!

Faeries in that time period very commonly had second names, especially those of higher power. It was a common belief among them that names hold power and if someone had their name they could control them and vice versa. So secondary names were used and more commonly known.

'Viridescent Daydream' is Pastel Vanilla's secondary name, just like how Apple Blossom's secondary name is 'Apple Faerie'.

It's not a common belief in the present time, though there are still traces of it. With Lucid Nightmare(Future Pastel Vanilla) and Elder Faerie both being remnants of the belief as they still go by secondary names/titles.

Off the top of my head I only have like- 4 I think?? Only 2 of them have a concrete design and theyre both Spire OC's lmaoo I just don't really share my oc's outside of convos w friends and maybe mutuals, I'm just protective of them <3

I wanted to do something special for Eternal Sugar's one year anniversary. I joined the game during her update and, as I think is pretty obvious, fell in love with it. So, I knew I wanted to do something special for Eternal(and Hollyberry by extent). Kind of sentimental about this update haha, this game has come to mean so much to me and introduced me to some great people. To think I used to think this game would just be a mild interest is so funny considering how it's evolved, I love my cookies <3

Tbh I'm quite happy with how this came out! Even if I did rush to complete it lmao(which I fear is decently evident w the background smh), BUT ITS STILL MAY WHEN I POST THIS SO I STILL DID IT IN TIME OH ALSO just because I really liked this detail, TR's spear trident thingy is actually one of those crab fork things.

uhhh even if this is just a one off mermay thing(probably) I did actually make some lore just for fun, so if you're curious here's that under the cut :]

Sage is a world renowned professional in practically every field, a prodigy from a young age and continuing far into his adult years and known to constantly be swapping around to whatever interests him. The chain on his belt connects to an odd gem he discovered during one of his many excursions(a gem we know to be a soul jam). His latest interest is a sunken kingdom off the coast of a small island, paying to be taken out to where the most common sightings of it are despite all the warnings, only for the boat to crash during a sudden storm(which is caused by a certain someone), which is where he sees Truthless and where this image more than likely takes place! I'm not entirely sure if Sage is just a normal mortal, or if he found the Soul Jam centuries ago and has just been around for a really long time. Either way works tbh.

Truthless is a Mer(or Siren! I'm not entirely sure, up to interpretation! Though siren is growing on me) who had once been captured by the very kingdom that had sunk below the waves that Sage searches for, having been a source of magic for them to use. When he was finally able to free himself, he sunk the kingdom in a fit of rage and desperation, deciding to isolate himself amongst it's ruins to hide it away for good. Too bad there's some weird land dweller obsessed with both him and the kingdom now. Oh! Also a fun little tidbit, you know how Black Pearl can just, swap between being cookie sized and giant? yeah Truthless does that too, but even in cookie size he's still decently big.

Behold my Virifount brainworms: The Moonflower AU

The entire premise of the AU is the idea that Fount, having grown so incredibly tired of the constant pressure of the role of emissary, decides what better way to avoid his inevitable crash out than to go hunting for some myth that doesn't exist! Or at least he thinks doesn't exist.

It's just an excuse for him to leave some of his duties for at least a week or two, and any break is good in his eyes. And instead of just what he thinks is going to be a few weeks of just noting local flora and fauna in parts of Crispia, he finds a species of Faeries even less known about than the Silver Faeries, ones he's never heard of outside the very myth he thought to be mere stories. Ending up finding the Flower Faeries of the Wildwood Kingdom and their king who is much more welcoming than he expected.

Oh and he may have accidentally started courting the king(who is very happy reciprocating) without realizing, but it's fine! I'm sure there's not going to be any consequences or shenanigans born from that :D

I'd like to do more with this au! I really would! I've got little things I love about it and want to make relating to it, some of the main things being Candy Apple and Black Sapphire's roles and references, who I already had planned out from the beginning lmao. Oh! Also PV's hair is very much inspired by @/pronouns-d-ace's Viri design(I'm too nervous to tag them directly haha). It is quite literally almost impossible for me to picture him without his ponytail now because of them.
