Day 7 of doing wonyoungism 3/6
Today i workouted for 55 minutes, i always try to do full body workouts, one workout for legs, one for upper arms and one for the core. I can actually see the upper arms working! (TW?) My start measurement of my upper arms were 23 cm and now it's 21 cm! I'm actually so happy that my effort is showing! For breakfast i ate plain oatmeal, for lunch i ate two pieces of toast, for dinner i ate some rice with crunchy chili oil (Laoganma) which was plain but yummy. I'm unsure if any of this counts as "wonyoungism meals".. If someone could give me ideas for wonyoungism food i'd really appreciate it! I showered my body after workouting + did my skincare (like usual) Now i'm just going to lay in my bed a little, normally i would study or do something else but since it's summer break soon (NEXT WEEK!!) i have nothing to study for. My hair and makeup were NOT cute today..my hair got messed up and my makeup did not last long at all..my hair looked like a mess :C but my outfit was a little bit cute atleast? It was a black and white polka dot tshirt with some baggy pants..i feel like my clothes aren't wonyoungism enough so i'll maybe ask my parents if i can go buy "summer clothes" (my old clothes are not wonyoungism at all, plus they're very "nerdy") hopefully my parents say yes and i'll get to buy new cutesy clothes!
Tomorrow LE SSERAFIM's concert ticket's release, i really hope i'll get them! (fingers crossed) Hmm..that was all, thank you all for reading! See you tomorrow!
Day 6 of doing wonyoungism 2/6
Okay today i did "workout" for 35 minutes (i don't count dancing as workouting) and since my friends and i are going to cover the whole ditto dance (newjeans) in the future, I practiced the dance for about 2 hours non-stop, since i really want to look "flawless" while dancing. For breakfast i ate a tuna melt (delicious) in school we had baking/cooking class so i made some lunch there which was kebab meat and french fries (i know it's not a very wonyoungism meal..but anyways) before dance practice my friends and i ate 2 mini pizzas each (like 5 cm wide) and for dinner i had some salmon and potatoes, not really the best wonyoungism meals but bear with me??
I showered and did my skincare, TWS also did just come out with a new TWS:club so i'm going to watch it before going to bed, i'm super excited! I finished stanning illit btw! My bias is Wonhee/Iroha but i'm thinking about maybe just Wonhee..i also started stanning aespa, right now i only know the members, their faces and some of their music but i'll try to get into it more along with illit. My hair today was not cute at all..the weather was humid so my hair puffed up like crazy..which made my bangs look ugly, but my makeup made up for it since it actually lasted all day! Right now i'm not doing wonyoungism makeup at all, more like really simple igari makeup? My outfit today was pretty bad, i took a cute mint polka dot t-shirt, baggy jeans and a gray zip up hoodie..but since the weather was so hot i felt like i was about to melt in my zip up.. (and no i didn't think about taking it off at all..) Sooo..Le sserafim's tickets release on thursday so i'm praying that i'll be able to get them! Happy pride month! See you all tomorrow!
Day 5 of doing wonyoungism! 1/6
Today i workouted for about 40 minutes, i didn't really have time for more than that before my sister came into my room and started bothering me. For breakfast i ate a piece of toast with butter and some cottage cheese on it, for lunch i had a green apple, grape and banana smoothie, I helped my dad with dinner and that was everything i ate, i don't track calories but i'm thinking about doing so..but i don't know if it'll be any good since i'm afraid i'll just fall into the rabbit hole of a eating disorder (which i've had before and i would gladly not experience again) I did my skincare and my makeup today lowkey lasted all day? but not my eye makeup though :C I'm trying to stan ILLIT since i've wanted to do it since their debut but i've been too lazy to do so..i'll watch some SUPER ILLIT and listen to their music a little before deciding on a bias. My hair and outfit today both looked cute, i watched a hair tutorial on xiaohongshu and i think i'll do it in the future again for more cute hairstyles! My outfit was just a pink zip up with baggy jeans and a white camisole under, pretty simple but cute overall.

Day 4 of doing wonyoungism 31/5
Okay..i'm sorry for not updating yesterday.. i was busy with friends and stuff happened, please forgive me for not updating Okay so today i workouted for about 1 hour and a half, today was a pretty chill day, i haven't showered yet but i'm going to do it right after i finish this blog. I celebrated Youngjae's birthday by watching some TWS:club. I did my skincare when i woke up and practiced wonyoungism makeup before realizing i'm really bad at it.. (practice makes perfect..right?) so immediately i wiped it all off with makeup remover and went on with the day bareface. (i stayed home most of the time) I finished my yesstyle cart and i'm going to order it today! (soo excited!)

Day 3 of doing wonyoungism 29/5🪽˚˖𓍢ִ໋🦢˚
Today was a VERY lazy day..mainly because my legs were cramping SO SO SO much after yesterdays workout (i forgot to stretch..) so i didn't workout at all..but i think it's pretty valid since i need to rest my legs because i have tennis practice tomorrow which i will probably need my legs for. I went to school like always After school I hung out with a friend after doing my chores and we had so much fun, i also did practice makeup (more simple wonyoungism coded) and i think it's pretty cute! Maybe i'll start doing it after summer break (WHICH IS IN ABOUT 2 WEEKS AAAH) because right now i just do VERY simple and light makeup, i'm talking about no mascara, no concealer, only blush and some brown eyeliner..if i practice wonyoungism makeup during summer break i'm pretty sure i'll eventually become good at it!
Since my skincare is about to run out i'm going to buy the same ones i'm using right now (I use the anua double cleansing combo), while i place the order for my regular skincare i'm going to sneak in some makeup like pressed powder, eyebrow gel, romand lipgloss, aswell as (this isn't makeup but) the axis-y Dark Spot Correcting Glow Serum since i heard it was really good for dark spots. I did pretty light skincare after using makeup remover (no double cleansing today..) and now i'm changed into my pjs while laying in my bed, maybe i'll watch some TWS:club later or something like that. For breakfast i had a peanut butter toast with a few banana slices on it, for lunch i had 1 tortilla (school food..ew) but since my friend came over we decided to make some toast (basically counts as lunch?), since it was friday i ate some chips (idk if other countries do this during fridays aswell) and i ate a pretty simple dinner with carbs and protein.
My outfit today was pretty lazy too but still mid cute, it was a cardigan with a camisole and some baggy jeans. hmmm that should be it..ignore how this day was like 0 productiveness and mainly just slacking off..

Day 2 of wonyoungism (28/5)
Today i workouted for 1 hour and 40 minutes, since it's the end of the school year i don't have any tests to study for but i did get back my chemistry test and i got 21/22 which i think was pretty well, i also got back my languages test (i'm learning german) and uhm..it was a surprise grammar test so i didn't do as well.. (9/20) i'm not good at german grammar since it's my third language i'm learning.. but i'll make sure to study german grammar next time there's a test! I did my skincare and took a shower (after the workout i was pretty sweaty) and changed into my pjs, i'm just going to chill (maybe watch some tws:club or any other kpop variety show) until i'm going to get ready for bed. So for breakfast i had oatmeal with some peanut butter, ate a VERY tiny portion of whatever pasta thing school was serving (school food where i live is super bad so i often skip) and i actually made a snack when i came home, i was craving some mugcake so i made it (which i now feel guilty for) I haven't eaten dinner yet but i'm eating whatever my parents serve me (i make sure to eat in the correct order, 1. veggies, 2. protein, 3.carbs) My outfit today was pretty a pretty lazy one (baggy sweatpants+ zip up+ white t-shirt) since i was SO tired when i woke up idk why.. My makeup was pretty cute but it didn't last all day.. as usual (PLEASE SOMEONE GIVE ME TIPS ON HOW TO MAKE IT LAST ALL DAY)

Day 1 of wonyoungism (27/5)
Today i workouted for about half an hour before my dance practice, i had practice for about 40 minutes (i'm learning the whole ditto choreo!) before my friend came over and we hung out , i'm going to do my skincare and wash my body (since i showered my hair yesterday) and yeah that's about it. i ate avocado toast for breakfast, skipped lunch and instead ate a few apple slices as a snack before working out, i'm going to eat dinner with my family any minute now so yeah.
My outfit today looked pretty cute but my makeup didn't last so long which was sad...
Yet i feel like this isn't enough..i feel like i'm not doing wonyoungism correctly..

I'm so tired of seeing myself as ugly and i really want to improve both my mental health and my appearance.
My face is pretty clear except for some random small red spots (not acne) on my nose that is making me very insecure. If someone could tell me how to get rid of them i would be very pleased.
I'm not really good at makeup so i always end up still feeling ugly when i try doing makeup.
Aswell as when i try dressing up cute, i always feel stupid because i'm not used to dressing in a "wonyoungism" way and i feel like i'm doing something wrong.
Please give me tips!
