Working with food is such a weird trigger, all I do is make people food, calculate their calories, and judge what they eat. Which I feel bad about.
But the job does keep me busy and on my feet so I don’t have to worry about eating and exercising.

I really enjoy tattoo thinspo because I love tattoos and I’m also fucked up. But also because when people see me looking at it they usually think I’m just admiring the persons tattoos and not the persons rib cage 🦴

So I’ve started just telling everyone that my fear foods make me feel sick, which is how I got away with going vegetarian.
Meat. Makes me feel sick
Pasta. Makes me feel sick
Bread, cheese, etc. sick
It’s true to some degree because I go so long without eating these things and my stomach can’t digest them properly or whatever, but then people leave me alone about avoiding these types of foods.
Weird trigger but,
My sister constantly refers to one of our dogs as anorexic and the other as fat.
(1. Mental illnesses are not an adjective)
Then she refers to our other dogs as fat all the time and when I said “she’s still pretty though” she responds that you can’t be pretty if you’re fat.
(2. I know she thinks she’s being playful or smth but what the fuck??)
Does anyone else find it therapeutic to plan out the diet you would have if you were like...you know... healthy?????
One of my all time favorite foods has always been ice cream and it was a big trigger for binges. Recently I’ve started replacing this by just freezing low-fat yogurt as it is pretty much the same thing but lower calories

Pro:
Burns hella calories
Tones up all the flabby parts of the bodies
I use the locker room/clothes as inspo to not eat
I genuinely like it
Cons:
Increases appetite
Muscle weighs more than fat
I have to change in front of people
