Jake Johnson has as good as said he has ADHD without actually saying that he has ADHD and I respect his business is his business but I really wanna feel represented by the people I love so I’d honestly love him to say he has it so bad

I just saw this person on Twitter saying how ironic it is that people post about mental health awareness on Twitter when (in his opinion) social media causes mental health problems, he went on to list a whole bunch of conditions and mental health issues and ADHD was one of the ones he listed.

Like social media causes ADHD??? Sorry what now?

I was always under the impression that hyperfocus and hyperfixations were 2 different things (for ADHD at least) but according to many pages on the internet (like legit ones) they’re the same thing. I always thought:

Hyperfocus - focussing intensely on something for a short time that either interests you or you need to get done (e.g planning for a holiday, revising the night before an exam, putting up a shelf you like)

Wheras Hyperfixation - was a more long term specific interest in something (tv, movie, celebrity) where you wanna watch their stuff, think about and talk about all the time. And buy anything to do with it

Hope that makes sense but can someone confirm I’m right?

Tell this is or isn’t like the biggest ADHD thing:

So about 4 months ago I ordered myself a provisional licence (£32) got sent the application in the post and had to send a passport style picture back on the application (which I’d had taken like a week before because I needed a new passport anyway)

So about 2 weeks ago I got a cheque for £32 in the post, once I figured out it was a refund for the license I thought “oh yeah I went down to the shops to print out extra passport pictures for the application but the shop didn’t do it so I never sent the application off”

Then yesterday I find a piece of paper at the back of the wardrobe and inside is 8 perfect passport pictures I’d printed off 8 months before (from the shops that I thought hadn’t done them)

Like what the hell happened did I literally just print off pics, stick them in the wardrobe and not do anything with them and tell myself the shop never get them to me? Like what?? 😂

ok but how cool would it be if brooklyn nine nine came back every year for a halloween special for the rest of time. like only one episode a year, so wound take much time for the cast and crew. like this would be so unique no show has ever done this with halloween (lots of uk shows have christmas specials after they’ve finished or when still on) I just think this would be super cool like assuming they all (or most of them) separate at the end of season 8, they could reunite every year for this. or at least do it once on big anniversary’s of the show. can someone please tell dan goor he needs to do this
