Is it weird for hufflepuffs to not get along with gryffindors? I have never had a gryffindor friend simply because I can't stand them that long! Am I the only one?

I think that’s totally normal, actually. Obviously it depends on the situation and the individuals involved, but I think a lot of Gryffindors come off as a bit overbearing to Hufflepuffs. They tend to have “loud” personalities (again, there are LOTS of exceptions), so I think it takes a certain kind of both Gryffindor and Hufflepuff to have a strong friendship.

I think its really condescending when someone implies that Hufflepuffs have no skills or necessary qualities, even if they’re trying to be nice. Being loyal, hard working, and fierce friends are incredible qualities.
