Police officers explain how they’re encouraged to act in racist ways
These NYPD officers are the plaintiffs in class-action lawsuit alleging the department is violating a 2010 state ban on arrest quotas.
“We’re the predator. They’re the prey,” Pedro Serrano told NBC4 in New York. “The worst thing you can have is a police officer that needs an arrest for the month.”

To those of you who didn’t even click the link, this is a video interview about how MANY police officers are told to ARREST and HARASS blacks, Hispanics, and LGBQ+ areas for them to get paid. These officers who are being interviewed are the ones who refuse, and are EXPOSING their bosses who told them to do these things.
And they, the POC officers, are the ones who get harassed the most into doing these things.
