The gym is like an MMORPG. When you first come in, you are level 1 and just know the most basic moves and can complete the simplest of quests. Whereas the higher levels know lots of cooler moves and can accomplish greater challenges.

I can understand people who go vegan I cannot understand people who go vegan and start spreading dangerous lies about how vaccinations work, about different chemicals used in food processing, about antibiotics or other things. Well I’m not saying you should chug glass cleaner or anything, but you should probably educate yourself on what they use the chemicals they do in vaccinations and food, how much of the chemicals they use, and what sort of effects those amounts are going to have on your body.
For example, one of the main worries concerning vaccination is due to the use of mercury. First of all, not all vaccines contain mercury. It is literally only used as a preservative in children’s flu vaccines (x X), Other vaccines use differnt preservatives. Second, the ammounts found in those vaccines are negligible. According to the Fairfax Pediatrics Assoscation:
A Tuna sandwich has 5 times more mercury than 1 dose of flu vaccine. A breastfed baby gets 25 times more mercury from breast milk in 6 months than what is in 1 dose of flu vaccine.
And third, the type of Mercury used in vaccines is ethyl Mercury, which has not shown itself to cause any problems. The problematic one is methyl mercury which is NOT USED IN VACCINES. This shit [MeHg] is dangerous because it can’t be easily expelled from the body, and accumulates over time, leading to mercury poisoning. You know what contains Methyl Mercury? Aquatic species high on the food chain, like fish. Ethyl Mercury does not build up in the system, and is therefore less dangerous than MeHg. Again, nobody’s asking you to drink the stuff, but the amount used in the flu shot is not going to do any harm. Do your reasearch before you start preaching, spreading false information is fucking dangerous.
