a  random  headcanon  post  !

he’s  a  big  fan  of  music.   he  prefers  emo  rap      &      alternative  rock.   he  finds  both  to  be  quite  relaxing       &      he  needs  all  the  relaxation  he  can  get.   yet,   despite  how  relaxing  he  may  find  emo  rap      &      alternative  rock,   he  can’t  fall  asleep  with  that  music  playing.   he’ll  get  in  A  Mood™   but  he  can’t  fall  asleep  to  silence  so  he’ll  play  white  noise  to  get  his  anxious  ass  to  sleep.

(      on  the  topic  of  music   !   if  you  stole  his  phone      &      looked  through  his  music,   you  may  see  a  few  pop  songs  scattered  throughout  his  playlist.      )

he  has  animal  cro*ssing:  pock*et  camp      &      neko  ats*ume  on  his  phone,   among  other  stress  relieving  apps  that  he  plays  too  much.   they  don’t  all  have  to  do  with  animals      (      specifically  cats.      )      probably.

when  he  isn’t  in  his  school  uniform,   he  has  what  people  would  describe  as  a  punk  Look™  because  he  wears  mainly  black,   with  splotches  of  purple  thrown  in.   he  has  one  pair  of  black  combat  boots  that  he  has  worn  way  too  much,   the  sole  is  coming  apart      &      they  have  multiple  scratches  on  them.      (      he  doesn’t  have  enough  money  to  buy  new  ones,   so  he  rolls  with  it.      )

he  wears  band  t-shirts  to  bed,   along  with  some  baggy  shorts  that  he  only  owns  to  sleep  in      (      they  have  cat  paws  all  over  them,   he  loves  it.      )

he  has  weird  novelty  items  all  over  his  dorm.   you  know  those  cat  butt  magnets?   he  has  them,   they’re  on  a  white  board  that  he  has  near  his  door.   if  he  has  the  money      &      he  likes  it?   he’ll  buy  it.   with  only  slight  regret  later  on,   when  he  actually  needs  money  for  you  know,   necessities.

   ❛❛  HEY        ❜❜     emi  begins,  looking  up  from  her  textbook  but  halting  abruptly,  surprised  by  the  sight  that  lies  before.  messy  hair  covers  the  sleeping  face,  obscuring  evident  exhaustion…     why  hadn’t  he  said  anything  about  being  tired   ?   creases  litter  her  forehead,  setting  pencil  to  the  side  of  the  book  before  taking  a  stand.  as  usual,  shinsou  didn’t  refuse  emi’s  request  for  help  on  homework…     though  expressing  typical  annoyance  as  they  always  do  towards  one  another   ;   almost  begrudgingly  coming  into  her  home  as  if  it  were  a  chore.  wandering  closer,  she  sits  on  the  same  side  of  the  kotatsu,  warmth  once  again  enveloping  emi’s  legs.  scooting  closer,  she  revels  in  THE  WARMTH,  laying  head  next  to  his,  shoulders  pressed  together  hoping  to  steal  some  of  his  warmth  as  well.     ❛❛  whatever…  i   didn’t  wanna  study  anyway…  ❜❜

   &   heavy  eyes  close,  drifting  into  a  slumber  she  was  all  too  happy  to  welcome.

jeez.      he  sighs,   becoming  very  still  as  he  tries  not  to  wake  her.      they  were  watching  something  before  she  rudely  decided  to  fall  asleep  on  his  shoulder,   but  shinsou  doesn’t  really  care  very  much;   he  wishes  he  could  sleep  as  quickly  as  she  just  did.   he  looks  down  at  her,   trying  to  figure  out  what  to  do,   it  was  pretty  late      &      she  decided  to  sleep  over  but  he  couldn’t  just  let  her  ruin  her  neck  by  sleeping  all  night  on  his  bony  shoulder.      cautiously,   he  rearranges  her  so  her  head  is  on  the  pillow      (       where  it  should’ve  been  if  she  was  so  tired.      )
