Welsknight's version of the conversation with Mumbo from today's video (or yesterday's, respectively) makes the entire thing even more Looney Tunes to me. Wels was doing almost every sign of "hey there's something going on you might want to pay attention to" besides saying it out loud, and Mumbo notices NONE of it.

Rocket sounds in the air? Must be the wind. Someone landing behind them that Wels fully turns around to look at? Mumbo already didn't properly hear Wels land, so that didn't register. Wels moving out of the way to give Mumbo a clear view staring right at Etho, standing there? Eh, Mumbo can't stand still, so he probably just thinks Wels is having his own fidget moment.

Welsknight literally shifts his view to clearly look up/over Mumbo's shoulder at the approaching Aerial Rabbit Delivery, Three Separate Times in the space of about 10 seconds. And apparently only the last one even registered.

Mumbo is living in his own world. And Wels is not gonna pull him out of it.

thank you hermitadaymay and Jam!!! i had a really good time with this event, i'm so glad i decided to sign up :3 i was really nervous at first because i'm not used to talking to people online, but i ended up making a new friend and made some really cool art with them! i can't wait to see everyone else's art! <3
