Crochet Gillian is here!

A few months ago I was enthralled by the Gillian art from @wasyago, and that inspired me to make Gillian with crochet! Here is the end result:

I am still not completely happy with his hair, but I did not know/want to change it, it has its charm you know?

I do really like his eyes. I wanted to give him the same vibe as in the art from wasyago, and I thought the eyes would bring that out the best.

I had the most struggles with his ears and tail, I really struggled with getting his tail fins to come out as actually fins, and not just some piece of woll. I am really happy I did succeed!

The armor is removable with the help of those buttons you can press against each other? I don't know what they are called in english. it is really funny to take off.

The last thing I added was the moon on his armor. I just watched episode 112 and Charlie was so happy with the moon on that armor that I wanted to give it to my Gillian too.

ps. The Goofy smile Gillian has was made to match with Preztel. I figured he would want to match with pretzel.
