Synopsis: You were brave through the entire horror movie, but afterwards you're a little jumpy much to your boyfriends amusement.

You sat cozied up on the couch with a blanket and half eaten bowl of popcorn. The expression on your face was unimpressed.

"Oh please it was so obvious that they were the killer. They've been hinting at it since like 3 minutes in."

Han smiled. "That's the allure of crappy horror movies. The killer and plot is so clear but it still keeps you on the edge of your seat."

Rolling your eyes at your boyfriend's words you turned off the TV cutting off the rolling credits and over the top eerie music. "What's the point of watching a movie if you know what's going to happen? Like I understand when people rewatch movies, you enjoy them. But watching a new movie that literally spells out the ending in act 1 is such a waste of time."

"Buzz kill." Han clicked his tongue. "Ever thought that someone might actually want to watch the movie?"

"Whatever. It was a lame horror movie."

And you meant it.

But later when you were washing dishes you couldn't help the tingly feeling in your spine. Like someone was watching you. Taking out your earbuds with a frustrated sigh you blamed the uneasy feeling on it being late at night.

Suddenly the ground creaked behind you and you felt arms wrap around you from behind causing you to drop the popcorn bowl you were washing in surprise.

"Wow easy now it's just me! No need to splash soapy water everywhere." Han's familiar voice spoke near your ear barely containing amusement.

"Sorry." You apologize sheepishly.

Han chuckled. "No worries. You seem a little jumpy. Lost in thoughts?"

"Yeah I guess."

Later as you brush your teeth before bed Han opens the door without knocking causing you to shriek before hurriedly apologizing.

"Are you feeling okay? You've been acting a little weird." He asked concerned,

"I'm just tired." You offered not knowing what else it could be.

After settling into bed you tried to fall asleep but a scratching noise made your skin crawl. You knew it was the wind causing a tree branch to bang against the window but your mind was trying to convince you otherwise.

Noticing your reaction Han raised an eyebrow.

"Are you sure you're alright?"

"Yep."

A pause.

"Are you scared?"

You let out a offended noise. "No! Why would I be scared."

"We did just watch a horror movie." He pointed out.

"A crappy one." You sniffed.

"Even a crappy horror movie can be creepy. it comes with the genre." Han said. "And it's okay if your scared I'm not going to judge."

You sighed, giving into what you didn't want to admit. "I'm a little on edge cause of it."

A hum escaped his lips before you felt arms wrap around you once more. "Come here. I'll just hold you until your fear fades and you can sleep."

Settling into his arms you already felt the uneasy feeling melt away. It was like you couldn't feel anything other than love when Han was around. Perks of having a goofy boyfriend.

Soon enough he felt you relax into his arms, signaling you had fallen asleep. He smiled and placed a kiss to the top of your head.

"Sweet dreams jumpy."

Synopsis: Chan and you break up due to a heated argument. Both of you miss the other but your too stubborn to crawl back first. So its up to him to try and salvage this.

A/n: A little something to hopefully motivate me to write more. And it's not edited oops.

Why did you break up in the first place? You two were a perfect couple.

But every couple, no matter how perfect, has fights.

Including you and Chan.

Neither of you can remember why you fought. Just that it was messy. Words were exchanged and voices raised.

And when the two of you woke up the next day it wasn't together.

Chan hated how quiet his bedroom had been without you. Even the smallest sound of you breathing he had taken for granted and now missed.

There was no chance that you had woken up early and made coffee or breakfast to surprise him.

He felt foolish.

How could he let some petty argument drive you apart?

He had to get you back. He still loved you, and would always love you. No argument could ever make him change his mind.

Blowing up your phone with texts of him pleading for you to come back and talk only left him on read. And no matter how many times he called you never answered.

Feeling as if part of his own soul was missing, he soent the next week and a half trying to reach you. He finally succeeded when you said you needed to come gather some things. It wasn't the best circumstance but Chan would make it work.

He needed you back more than anything.

Once you knocked he opened the door with shaky hands. You stood on the other side seemingly normal at first glance. But Chan could see the eye bags you had tried to hide and the look in your eyes.

Truth was you missed him too. And seeing him again, especially since he looked so sad like a kicked puppy, was breaking down the wall you had put up five seconds ago before you knocked.

"Y/n... Hi. Please come in. You didn't have to knock you live here." The words just fell out of his mouth. Seeing you again was making him nervous.

"For now. We shouldn't live together if we aren't together." The words hurt to say.

Chan felt his heart shatter a little.

"Your here to get clothes right? I'll help you." He walked you to your old shared bedroom. The room that had become too painful for him to sleep in so he slept on the couch.

Everything remained the way it was that night. The room was filled with awkward silence that was broken by you heading to the closet and pulling out clothes to fill the bag you had brought.

Seeing you taking your things made something feel so final for Chan.

"Stop please." His voice broke.

You looked at him confused. "Are you okay Chris?"

He shook his head unable to stay quiet anymore.

"No. Everything is wrong! We fought and you left and I didn't stop you. I hurt you and in turn you thought the best thing to do was leave me. I told myself I would never do anything to loose you, but I did."

He had to pause for air. But he kept going not wanting to stop.

"I miss you like crazy. I want us to be us again and be happy. I don't know how to be alone in this house. Im not myself without Y/n."

You blinked away the tears his words had caused to form.

"I miss you too. I hated that an argument did this too us." Still one tear slipped free.

Driven by instinct Chan stepped forward and softly brushed it away with his thumb.

"Please don't cry sweetheart. You know I hate your tears." Especially when they were caused by him. "Let me fix this please. I still need you, I'll always need you."

You folded into his chest letting out a sigh of relief as his arms wrapped around you. You had missed this, missed him, so much.

How had you been able to walk away without looking back?

"I want to be with you again." Nerves littered your words but you didn't let them stop you.

Hope filled his eyes as he watched you take a deep breathe.

"But no more arguments."

He nodded. "We'll talk everything out like normal adults."

You both stood there wrapped into another and refusing to move.

"I'm so happy your back in my arms." He whispered into your hair. "I love you so much."

The peaceful morning breeze was interrupted by the sound of Jeongin's camera.

You faced him with a fond smile. "What are you taking pictures of now?"

He lowered his phone and began inspecting his new photos. "Everything. You mostly, but nature too."

"Don't you have enough photos from today alone?" You teased him.

Your boyfriend was always complaining about his phone dying but refused to stop taking pictures of practically anything that moved. He had an abundance of photos of you in embarrassing circumstances and refused to delete them.

"Never enough." He quickly snapped a picture of you which made you roll your eyes playfully. "Besides you have a good outfit today that doesn't make you look homeless, I need to take proof."

He smiled lovingly at the new picture of you and saved it to his collection of you. A moment could never go to waste with him. He loved every moment he spent with you, and never wanted to forget. That's why he was so determined to document every moment.

Pressing a kiss to the side of you head he showed you a pretty picture of the sky. He was rather proud of his picture taking abilities, even if he accidently spent half of your date taking pictures of everything, or his outfit.

When you stopped by a cafe for breakfast you didn't dare reach out for your food knowing Jeongin would just lightly smack your hands away. Why? Your boyfriend had to obviously take pictures of your food to keep record of this early morning cafe date.

Not only was he capturing the food but also you eating the food. He'd just cheekily smile as he took a photo of you eating a pastry.

No matter how you complained about him purposely taking ugly pictures of you, he kept and loved them all.

You were beautiful no matter what in Jeongin's eyes.

Especially when you were sleeping cuddled into him and stealing all his body heat.

He couldn't count the amount of pictures he had of you laying against him deep in sleep, and some even drooling. They were his favourite pictures of you, even though he swore he hated when you used him as a pillow or heater.

If you ever missed your boyfriend fear not. Jeongin sent you a photo daily of him, claiming it was a simple fit check but in reality it was to ease the ache in your heart caused by distance.

He also expected daily pictures in return. Even if he did complain you looked like a homeless raccoon in half of them.

Jeongin might take a lot of pictures of your relationship, but you were his favourite thing to capture.

Where have I been?

The reason I haven't written anything or posted a new fanfic is because life is a mess right now.

I had my end of the year finals, and a painful holiday break. My dog passed away and its really torn me up. My family has been going through a lot with my mom going into the hospital and my dad getting hit by a car.

I really miss writing, but everything in my life feels like its going wrong right now. But I realize I can't let hardships stop me from doing what I love. When I am in the right space I will write again.

I hope to get something small out by the end of January so theres something to look forward to if your life is also a mess right now!.

I love you guys a lot and your support means everything to me. A single interaction has me smiling all day. <3

Chapter 3

The room Felix led you to was dark wood floors like the rest of the house, the walls were white and empty except for a single clock and a floral curtain that covered the massive window. 

“The room to the left of yours is mine. Hyunjin's is across from ours. The two rooms by the stairs belong to I.N and Seungmin.” Felix explained. 

“All the omegas are upstairs?” You asked. 

Felix shook his head. “All except one. Chan wanted to put them all upstairs for safety, as his room is at the bottom of the stairs. But Han wanted to be downstairs next to Minho's room.”

“So they're all split up?” 

“Yes. Chan has 2 alphas, one beta and an omega downstairs. While 3 omegas, one beta, and an alpha upstairs. Even the rooms are placed for safety, with our rooms being at the back of the hallway.” Felix said. 

“Smart.” You mused walking over to your bed. It was made with pale blue sheets and a blanket. 

“If you don't like anything we can change it. This room is never used so no one would mind.” Felix told you. 

Nodding you sat on the edge of the bed. It was a little overwhelming but not as suffocating as being in your parents house. 

“And of course we’ll get you stuff to make a nest if you wish. I know nests are more common among omegas but all can enjoy the comfort of a nest.”

You nodded, not ever really having a nest before. Your parents saw no point if you hadn't presented, even as an omega.

“What's the matter? Your scent soured.” Felix asked with genuine worry in his eyes.

“I've never nested.” You admitted.

Felix looked heartbroken. “Oh sweetheart…”

“Its fine-”

“No it's not. We’ll help you nest, I promise. Han and Hyunjin would be thrilled to help you nest for the first time. Well you haven't met Han yet but when you do he will be glad to help.” Felix's eyes were warm.

"Thank you." You wanted to say so much more but that was all that would come out. 

Hyunjin appeared in the doorway with a bag. He smiled instantly as he saw you. 

“Only one bag? Losing your touch?” Felix teased.

“Channie only let me carry one. You know how he is.” Hyunjin defended himself. 

You figured Chan pretended to need Hyunjin’s help as a chance for you to meet Felix without an audience. 

Soon after Hyunjin's arrival Chan appeared bringing your other stuff. He insisted on helping you put it away, not letting Hyunjin or Felix help. He hardly let you help either, making you tell him where to place things.

It was an alpha's job to care for his pack and Chan was doing his job so you couldn't be mad at him. 

“Y/n you must be tired after the stress of moving. Please take a nap. I’ll take these two and inform everyone to be quiet when they come home.” Chan motioned for Felix and Hyunjin to follow him out the door. 

And just like that you were alone once again. 

Letting out a breath you sat on your bed. The scents that clung to your bed were omega, two you knew and one you didn't but had smelled around the house. It must have been the omegas that picked out your bed, and they did a good job due the bed being soft and comfortable as you laid on it. 

Based on the interactions so far, some of your nerves had eased. It was so easy to be around them. You’d have no problem living with them even if it was only temporary. 

As tired as you were you couldn't fall asleep. You tossed and turned, being able to get comfortable but unable to fall asleep.

You were about to give up when your door cracked up and a blonde head popped in.

“Just checking on you. Still awake?” Felix asked.

“Yeah… I can't seem to fall asleep.”

Felix pursed his lips. “I’ll be back in a moment.” After what felt like seconds Felix returned with Hyunjin by his side. 

“I was thinking we could lay with you. Sleeping alone in a new home can be hard.” You didn't miss the way he said home instead of house.

It made sense to you, and you liked how you felt with the omegas around. 

Besides, how could you resist the identical hopeful expression on both their faces?

As soon as you nodded, both laid on either side of you, not touching but close enough that you wished they were. Their scents surrounding you in a comforting embrace that they weren't sure they could initiate themselves. 

Your breathing instantly relaxed. Their presence soothed your restless mind to finally fall asleep. 

Both omegas weren't far behind you either, enjoying the warmth of your body so close and scent filling their senses. 

Downstairs Chan was in the living room absently watching tv and working on his laptop. He was so engrossed in his work he didn't hear someone enter the house. He only knew someone was in the room with him because he smelled a familiar scent. 

“Ah I didn't even hear you come in! How was your lunch?” Chan asked, finally looking up from his laptop. 

“It was yummy but the place was noisy. Lee Know's cooking is better.” Han answered, flopping onto the couch next to Chan. 

For a few seconds Chan went back to typing away and Han was distracted by the tv. Then he spoke again. 

“Where are the other omegas?”

Chan shrugged. “They're here but I haven't seen them for a bit. I know Felix went to check on Y/N. Maybe he's with her. Hyunjin too probably.

Han's eyes lit up. “She's here? I thought I smelled a new scent. When will I get to meet her?”

“Tomorrow.” Chan assured him. “We don't want to overwhelm her. She's just been with her family, suddenly surrounding herself with eight strangers is a lot.”

Han nodded in agreement. “I understand I'm just feeling impatient. Hyunjin spoke so well of her, and I just know Felix will love her. I've never met someone who hasn't presented so I'm really curious. I want to help her too. I bet she's lonely.”

Chan smiled. “We all want to help.”

“I have a feeling I.N will get along really well with her. With having recently presented and all. He'll probably sympathize with her the best.”

The youngest alpha, Yang Jeongin nicknamed I.N by the pack, was the last of them to present. He wasn't embarrassed since he was the youngest, but he did feel slightly overwhelmed with all his new duties. 

Chan remembered the young alpha telling him he felt a little lost like he hadn't found his purpose in the pack. 

He hoped helping you present would make I.N feel useful. 

Seeing Han absorbed in whatever was on the tv he decided to check on the other people in the house. 

Checking the kitchen, which was a common meeting space, he saw no one except a half drunk shake. He decided against checking the downstairs rooms since their occupants weren't home, or watching tv in the living room. 

Climbing upstairs he felt it was right. The three of 8your scents were stronger and led him to your room. Knocking softly he waited for a reply. When he got none he cracked open the door slowly just enough to see the three of you huddled on your bed. 

Even though you had fallen asleep with space between you it was no longer the case. 

Hyunjin laid on his back one arm thrown over his stomach and one of his legs placed under yours for some reason. 

You laid in the middle on your side, your back pressed against Hyunjin's side. Your legs effectively trapping one of his own under yours. 

Felix had attached himself to you in his sleep. One arm thrown over your waist and almost touching Hyunjin. His face was shoved into your chest. 

Chan smiled warmly at the sight before him and closed the door quietly not wanting to risk waking you and ruining the adorable moment. 

Later Chan was making a cup of coffee, not the wisest thing to drink in the late afternoon, but he had some work he needed to get done and needed the energy. As he waited for the coffee to brew, Felix stumbled into the kitchen looking half awake.

“Have a nice nap?” Chan asked. 

Felix let out a happy sigh. “The best.”
