Hey there. I read on Rude's blog that you were in surgery. So, I want you to know that I love you and I hope the best comes. I don't know the whole situation but I (FatRodimusAnon) am here for you if you want 💚💚💚

hey! i really want to express how much this message means to me. seriously, i didn’t expect to come back to any messages here, and seeing this meant everything to me. thank you, so much, for thinking of me and sending me this.

now, i’m going to use this message as a chance to explain what happened, and what’s happening, now- medical stuff under the cut.

so, i had a spine surgery scheduled for the beginning of june, to remove the tumor that’s been causing all of this shit for me. i get regular check ups and scans done, because i’m not currently on chemotherapy, or anything like that. health problems and life problems had me miss a few appointments, and when i went in to get checked, again, there were new growths, with the most pressing being inside of my aorta.

i went to the hospital immediately, and had the first surgery that was supposed to fix that. it removed most of it, but, there was a complication, and i ended up needing two more surgeries to fix that complication. at this point, my kidneys also gave out, again, but it wasn’t the biggest concern. the second surgery- i think, that whole time period was a blur- is when rex made the post for me, about me going into surgery. (he’s been a phenomenal friend throughout this, by the way- he’s a great person.)

after that, i had some blood flow issues to my small intestine, a consequence of, well, three major surgeries (and from the position of the tumor on my back, but we aren’t really sure exactly of its role in this, yet). i had part of my small intestine moved once it was showing signs of necrosis.

i was finally able to go home, and was home for, what, two days, when i had an accident in my room and managed to break half of my face. literally, i have broken my jaw, my cheek bone, blown out my eye socket, and have technically broken my neck/back? we aren’t so worried about that last bit, because it was literally just chipped. (cancer is fun when the least of your concerns is a technically broken back.)

so, i’ve had a fun month. all of this, over the course of a month.

after going through four major surgeries, i've now had an accident that's left me with a catastrophic facial injury. i have expenses that need to be paid but i absolutely cannot take more commissions while i recover, both mentally and physically
