Worthy and Elliot are creatives & outcasts in a world where everyone inherits special powers, but not everyone gets to keep them. Inkwell, a runaway prince, helps them become the change they want to see in the world. Following Worthy's election as mayor of his hometown, two fate-bound teenagers break into Worthy, Inkwell, Elliot and Bodyguard's home, seeking a magical tome kept under Inkwell's supervision. As Worthy & Company seek answers and treatment for Eon and Fawx's unusual condition, Eon works for Worthy's political campaign to make up for his crimes of breaking and entering and attempted robbery.

Vacaton

Tenet is a social butterfly with lofty goals and the ambition and resources to match. She wants to build a happy future for her friends. When Tenet goes missing, the friend group splinters under the interpersonal tension which her linchpin presence had kept in check. Their group chat, (affectionately titled Vacaton after Dolan's misspelling of "vacation" when they had planned a road trip years ago,) falls silent for the first time. Tenet's college roommate Artie becomes lost in their grief while Tenet's partner Colette single-mindedly pursues the mystery of her disappearance, enlisting Artie and Petra. Cole's roommate, in the investigation. Boyfriends Markus "Marloe" Lawrence and Kaiser abruptly and mysteriously move out of town, despite Marloe's academic goals which had previously tied them there. Marloe stops attending classes and Kai stops showing up to practice with Cole. Bandmates Dolan and Purple are left scrambling to find a new place to live after Marloe and Kai drop out of their shared lease. On the night of Tenet's disappearance, Dolan had begun having intense visions, convincing him of an upcoming doomsday which he titles The Reckoning. As the day of The Reckoning approaches and the mystery of Tenet's disappearance unravels, Dolan's episodes only worsen.

A new cat color has been spotted in Finland. This is really interesting. A lot of common cat coat patterns have only evolved in the last 1,000 years. The tabby cat coloration only evolved in the Middle Ages.

they’re calling it salty licorice because of its visual similarity to the popular Finnish sweet, it reminds me of blue tick coloring in dogs or the blue roan coloring in horses and cows.

every time i ask people if they do any new years resolutions its all ooooo i dont like making them bc i fail or ohhhhh no i couldnt keep up wiht that and then when they ask me and i tell them about Pasta Quest (i am eating as many different pasta shapes as possible in the space of a year) or when i did Fruit Adventures (every time i saw a fruit i had never eaten before id get one and eat it and read the wikipedia article about it) theyre like hang on i forgot you can make Fun Ones i want a fun one

while i actually made this post back in May, since New Year’s is approaching here’s some of my fave suggestions from the tags if you’re looking for inspiration!

other favorites from the notes I didn’t get screenshots of at the time:

learn the names/species of local plants, bugs, and birds where you live (iNaturalist or Merlin the bird app help with this)

learn the rules to 10 new card games

steal the colored paint cards from hardware store paint aisles and use them to make art

try out every different apple variety you can find and rank them

similarly LOTS of people in the notes doing soup quests, and a few cheese quests also

similarly lots of people reading/watching certain amounts of media over the year, and tracking/rating it

track the number of cats/dogs/etc you see over the year
