hiiii i figured i ought to finally make a pinned post for this blog :)

i'm bennett! i'm a 20-something butch (he/they). i like animals and have an interest in the latter half of the 20th century. been kinda into fashion lately too.

this blog is pretty eclectic, without a particular aesthetic. there might be horror, dead animals, and minor gore (usually scientific) which i do my best to tag. very occasionally there is artistic nudity, which is tagged. if you need anything specific tagged feel free to ask!

every so often i post original content (usually photography, sometimes edits) and that is in the #mine tag

Came across this art installation, Liza Lou's Kitchen, at the Whitney Museum of American Art, NYC. It's a kitchen made of tiny glass beads, that artist Liza Lou did, taking 5 yrs. to complete, from 1991 - 1996.

My favorite part is the sink.
