What's mirroring?

It's when you take over a characters personality, behavior and traits, and start exhibiting them yourself. It's often used on stressful situations, although it can happen in day to day live.

are any other past life fictionfolk a little afraid of meeting those from one of your past lives?

what if I’m not good enough, not what they expected? maybe I don’t act, or look, or sound enough like I used to, or maybe they can’t lean on me in the same way.

or, tragically, they are far, far away. or maybe one day we drift away, or one of us becomes disconnected from our past life, or for some other reason we stop talking.

my worst fear though would be that they turn out to be a shitty person. i would hate to soil the memory of a good friend, whether we were correct about being from the same life or not. my few memories of my friends are precious to me- if i started seeing someone as that person, whether correct or not, i fear i would never look at those memories in the same light.

I can get it. I got that fear for a wholy different reason, but. Im sure those around will likely stay around. And even if they start to move on, you can still stay together.

Yeah, they might change and grow, but you will too. And thats alright.
